Once I order the tickets online it was easy, the staff was good, facilties was very good, the only thing was the film that let it down, not for me, for the staff keep up the great work,,, thank you

Clean comfortable seating.

1st visit to the silver screen, and I must say it won't be my last, great film and the coffee and biscuit was an added bonus 😀

Friendly and helpful staff, including in the Costa there. Clean cinema. An enjoyable experience.

Friendly staff, reclining seats, cleanliness and the overall experience was positive.
I had the tickets through prime and made a huge saving.

I was stopped for taking some snacks in of my own but not one persons bag was looked in to stop others.
I was carrying mine and challenged it was unfair as I see loads taking own snacks in in carrier bags etc.
I wouldn't of minded but I also spent 15 pounds of food and drink in your food vendors too. Drinks and cherry's sort shouldn't of mattered.

I was told also to eat them outside. I said the film would start .
The young lady said you have ten mins of trailers.
Lucky I didn't stay outside as the film started at 1.15 as there was no trailers

Went with my daughter and wife. It seemed to take ages once we used the self service screen to buy a drink to actually receive the self fill cup.
The screen we were in was clean and very comfortable and my daughter loved the film.
We travel to this cinema compared to our local for the Luxe screens.

Staff and film were great, the recliners were comfy although there was a little odour of something. Prices are expensive for the experience by about 10% in my opinion. Unfortunately there was a noisy couple who had too much to drink and acted like it was their first day on earth. But that’s not the Cinemas issue and hasn’t influenced my score

Your members of staff were very helpful when we asked for information about the silver screen offer for seniors. We enjoyed the film Heart of the Beast and we had an overall good experience.

Terrible sewage smell coming from air of hand dryers

Quick and easy to buy the ticket online and scan in once there. Cinema was very clean.

My only complaints is that the audio didn't seem perfectly balanced between right and left (left side sounded louder, even though I was sat closer to the right side), and some of the subwoofers would rattle when the audio got loud.

Overall not the best sound quality.

In the mens toilets, one of the toilet seats was hanging on by a thread (and has been since I last visited like 4 weeks ago), and the hand dryers are pathetically weak.

I think I'll avoid that screen from this point on, if it can be helped. (It was screen 2). The screen 1 isense I went too last time was far better in comparison; they should all be like that.

Everything about the experience is perfect.The staff are extremely helpful. The seats are very comfortable,plenty of room to manoeuvre.The cinema and facilities are spotlessly clean.It's a 10/10 from me!
