The cinema itself was lovely and clean and comfortable. It was just ruined by a group of people who were talking throughout, laughing and commenting on the film like it was Google box. It was a psycho... See more

Facilities good apart from the hand dryers not working in the men's toilets. Clean , and staff helpful.

The screen was blank with no picture…
The screen was blank with no picture even though film started with audio. The lights were left on and we had to get a member of staff. Totally ruined...so upset
The experience was spoiled. Thank goodness for the fella with the long hair staff member who got the movie started and lights turned.off.
50 minutes of blank screen
The screening did not start. After 5 minutes I went out and told the staff checking tickets that nothing had started- no adverts/trailers/film. They did respond by saying they would advise their manager.
Apparently there was a problem with connection with the projector.
I must admit that both the staff member i spoke to came in and informed the audience of the problem and later the duty manager also came and explained and apologised.
But, my question is, why, with all the monitors showing the screens, does no one check to ensure each screening is starting on time?.
Eventually the film started(but to make up for time no trailers. ), about 50 mins late. Not great late in the evening.
No one mentioned a potential refund or goodwill voucher which I think would have been nice having spent roughly £54 on 3 tickets.
Great customer service

The seats was really comfy while other cinemas my backs are hurting all the time
I've been 2 times this week and both…
I've been 2 times this week and both times I have had to go out and say that the fordt time the lights were still on, and the second time the last film was played later so it took over half hour for our film to start which made us late with other arrangements. This cinema seems very understaffed
Relaxing as always
