clean cinema comfortable seats enjoyed myself

Sorry, but we are used to VUE standards, and the VUE cinemas we know offer business recliner seats and charge actually less per ticket than you in your so called Odeon Luxe at Leicester square. My wife and I were in cinema 3 today and we did not see luxury anywhere, rather substandard old seats. In short, next time it's VUE again (or any other cinema). I give you two stars instead of one because the place was at least clean.

My friend experienced some confusion about finding the corretct ODEON cinema in Leicester Square as there are three!!!

Also the seats are made for people taller and bigger than me. I'm a female, size 12, 5'3". My back was not supported, nor my head. My vision was impaired by the seat in front covering the bottom of the screen. It was not a great experience.

Not a very lux experience

I booked for two tickets to watch the spiderman movie at Leicester Square cineworld for 10:20am not knowing it only opens at 12:00 onwards. When I pressed for customer service they was rude and not helpful. I later on got help from ChatGPT, there was glitch when booking for the tickets beware!

Seats are comfortable, but lights were off incorrectly leading into movie, temperature was frigid until guests complained and then the heat almost smothered us. I don’t consider the seating or set-up a luxury experience - I’ve had much better for less cost in Australia, United States and Canada.

Great comfortable seats, pleasant staff

The vistavision projection was flickering. Gave me a headache. Understand the complexities of projecting in this format but honestly you shouldn’t be offering this film in this format if you’re unable to show the film without extensive jittering.

Odeon Leicester Square screening rooms are too cold.

Good service, good seats, good screen, but as soon as I was about to take a seat, what did I see? A mouse!

More care needs to be taken with the screens. Was extremely disappointed.

The theatre is exceptional with comfortable seating. The presentation is above reproach and was perfect. The staff was professional. I had a very enjoyable time.

We had accidentally purchased 4 tickets instead of two and thought we would be stuck with them but the staff refunded the ones we didn’t need without hesitation.so friendly and helpful with directions,food and drinks

It would be helpful if one could order tickets from abroad as well. I’m in London a few times per year for work but can only order tickets last minute basically because of the non ordering abroad policy.

During the screening it’s annoying that some of the lighting stays on. I understand this is because of local security requirements but even still, those lights should be dimmed further. Now it’s impacting the viewing experience negatively. Especially with a film like Resident Evil which is full of dark scenes.

Great cinema although to me the film looked slightly juddery.

The only cinema in Europe that is showing Digger from a 35mm VistaVision print.

Fantastic experience. Very luxurious cinema

Filthy toilets. No lighting on entry to the screen had to resort to phone torch tò find seats a health and safety issue. £4.35 for a coke zero 500ml bottle daylight robbery. Seats at £17,50 expensive.

Light in the cinema didn't turn off, other customers are noise and even laughing at sad scenes
