Better cinema than Cineworld overall, as it’s in a better location for food. However, I think the seats are not the best and that’s the premier seating. Good selection of movies and showings.

Rated 3 out of 5 stars

The sound for the film (Forgotten Island) was far too loud. In fact it was excessively loud. It completely spoilt the experience.

Attention other old fogeys!

I went along to one of the Silver screenings (I think it's called that) where for £1.80 I got to watch a film and have a cup of tea with a biscuit. I mean, no-one could complain about that! I believe these happen every week so I'll be keeping my eyes open for future films I might enjoy. Thanks.

Sound far too loud

The sound volume for the film was ridiculous, Far too loud, especially considering it was a children's film. Completely spoilt the experience.

This Odeon is convenient for us but it's not a pleasurable experience as it used to be.

Very helpful staff

Staff scanning in the tickets were a great help (friendly younger girl with dark hair a really helpful blonde haired guy, sorry I didn’t get your names) helped my autistic son choose some street fighter pins that came free with our tickets and guided us to the right screen. The film was great, the theatre was clean and the reclining seats worked as they should. We also used the toilets which were clean and tidy.
