Great visit to Odeon Taunton today. Staff were fabulous, very friendly, kind and considerate with us Silvers! I'd booked 4 seats online by accident and they kindly refunded the 2 we didn't need.

The cinema was very clean and tidy. When we went up to the counter, we were greeted with a smile and a hello. We order what we wanted and the service was fast and polite. After checking in to watch the film, the man went and opened the door for me and my little one as we had our hands full. Everyone there was very friendly and polite, were definitely going back to watch another film.

A great afternoon out
Went on a busy sunday afternoon. Arrived in plenty of time to purchase food etc before the film started - a good 15 mintues which usually is more than enough time. Unfortunately there was only one person serving and the wait was so long (hence the 4 stars) they did eventually put someone else on which sped up things. Beside this an overall fab experience. Staff are always amazing, super friendly. Cinema is always clean and tidy - pity it's not like that when people leave!!! (Tidy up after yourselves!) Toilets were super clean. A good afternoon out :)

Absolutely too loud
Absolutely too loud! There were at least 4 occasions during the film when I had to put my fingers in my ears for prolonged scenes as the sound was unbearable and actually painful. It was still too loud even then.
Is this what the filmmakers intended or is it a problem with Odeon's sound system?
All the dialogue and narration from the main character appeared to be delivered in a low mumble interspersed with the earsplitting noise the rest of the time.
