Unfortunately, the last experience is very, very bad. I am a good customer. The last order was worth approximately $810, but there are errors in the order, and the messages are not responded to seriously. The error has been corrected with a bigger mistake. I am now almost 3 months I contacted them and did not find a response

Had an issue of merchandise arriving broken. Once the company realized that I contacted them they reacted promptly and has sent a new item free of charge. My son loves the items he has ordered from them! Very authentic and high quality!

Not good at all. I ordered a watch on ordere number 16640 on1/16 and instantly got a fraud alert from my Bank. I allowed the transaction and money was taken from the account. All I have is an order confirmation and no shipping notification in the last 9 days. I emailed on Friday inquiring and have gotten no response. You have my money and all I have is a 9 day old order confirmation....

I still haven't not received order, order has not shipped but payment was made

Order not received after 3 months from ordering, but nothing is being done

It's been a wonderful experience on Odin's Glory. The thing about the jewellery company is that it has new trends brought up on the website. It's cool, brilliantly ancient jewellery and worth wearing. The thing is that the company should have new different types of jewellery for purchase. Thank you so much.

After having sent several mails reporting the missing undelivered item, I never got a response taken in accountability from the providing company 'Odins Glory'.

My shipment was over 2 months late, although prior to purchase it was confirmed that the shipment would arrive within 15 days. When communicating with customer service, there is no clear excuse for the delay in shipping and the lack of customer service interest in following up on the shipment and putting pressure on the carrier. Unfortunately, there is no credibility in delivery and customer care.

Is the second time that i order stuff from them, even in time of Covid issued expedition, i have received my order in time. i live in italy so it's a bit of a travel from there to here.
Personally Speaking i love them, i would like to see more stuff and if they will ever open a phisical store in italy i'll be there almost every week XD
