Doesn't play well with others!
Initial Rating - ONE STAR (see later upgrade) Summary - I bought defective merchandise. I asked for an RMA and full refund but also offered to return and take refund on the UNOPENED one of two products. Unable to get any resolution even with a compromise on the table. I cannot recommend this company based on my own purchase experience. My contact at OEMPC World was Kent Keltner.
UPDATE - 2/13/24. Upgraded to 3 stars - On my own initiative and at my own cost I returned the one unopened package (of two purchased) to OEMPC and did receive a credit for just the one. I sustained a loss for the other usb drive and delivery costs two ways, through no fault of my own - and that along with this whole experience is why I won't rate any higher.
