Don’t order from here it’s a scam

Don’t order from here it’s a scam!
I placed an order 1 month and 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received anything or any updates. Have emailed them, messaged on their website, messaged on instagram and commented on their pictures for weeks and have hers nothing back until I reported their page and reported them as a scam through Klarna. And still haven’t had a refund from a cap I paid £45 for. A lot of people have also experienced the same as they have commented on their instagram posts saying they haven’t received anything or heard back in months.
