Yep. Not great. Still waiting on a response, which has been over 15 days (30+ days since completing).

Very disappointing, have been playing sea of conquest on freecash.com (in compliance with t&c), with offertorro as the offerwall provider. Have achieved level 15, but only received credit for level 3 and 6, I have opened tickets (and provided screenshots) but no response, and don't think I will. I hope offertorro will reach out and rectify this, as I would like to remove this and give a positive review, as I have had good results with them in the past.

Update: Reached level 17, and not credited for that either, and still no response, even after contacting them in multiple ways, I will avoid them from now on.

If I were Freecash.com, I would drop them.

Annoyed I have wasted time and effort.

offertoro very bad offer wall, don't waste your time on this offerwall, there are many better ones to work on for example tapjoy or digital turbine they are better

I'm thoroughly disappointed with Offer Toro, let me explain why.

I've been a long time member on a site called Cointiply.com, recently I completed an offer where I had to reach 10200m in a game called Sling Plane 3D for Android, it rewards 10,368 coins upon completion.

I did just that and did not get my coins, not only that but after I submitted a ticket to their support agents and waited a few days for a response, I finally got an email back from them and was told that I didn't meet the app requirements.

This is outrageous, first of all the supplied screenshot showed I had reached the required score and secondly on the offer wall it says:

"Reach at least 10200m."

I am extremely disappointed as not only have I wasted my time with this, they've been incompetent in solving this for me. As of now I cannot appeal this decision.

I completed the Betterment offer through Zoombucks but was not credited. I opened a ticket with Torox-as they are now known and was told they would respond in 15-30 days. I just checked their site and my ticket was rejected with no explanation even though I submitted proof I completed the offer! Stay away from this scam!

This two ticket of mine was created one month back and they still have not paid me my money,i have done the task correctly and they are waiting for their advertiser to reply who is clearly a fraud because he doesnot want to pay a legit submission.STOP PROTECTING FRAUD ADVERTISERS and pay me my money,

Of all the offer walls like this this is the one that doesn't pay out have completed MANY offers and very few actually pay you be warned

They were offering 62000 points on freecash for £10 wagered on Karamba slots and casino. I download the app (first time user), register, deposit £10 and wager the lot.
Send proof of everything to their support and they just reject it without giving any reason to why or what I done wrong (didn’t do anything wrong, they are just scam artists). All you get is a generic email back weeks later after sending in proof.
Whatever you do stay clear of offertoro as sending in tickets is a waste of time even with all the proof they need. I’m 99% sure they didn’t even contact Karamba to clarify my details.

I completed three offers on the OfferToro paywall on Lootup on the 10th of January(2) and 15th January. I was never even credited even though the first two promised 2500 points each for registering on Zoombucks and GCLoots respectively. The third offer completed was that of registering on Grab Points, and even that was not paid. The worst part is their support on the offerwall gives me error #22 whenever I tried to submit a complaint. Even the email I got for user support did not bother to provide a response when I emailed them. Even went to their website and filled the complaint, again to no avail. This is the worst OfferWall to complete offers on. Make sure to stay FAR AWAY from OfferToro. STAY AWAY!!!!

I got scammed. By offertoro who are changing name to torox.
I made two tasks with deposits of 25€ and 35€ in order to receive 35€ for each.
First they ask for screenshots, which where already sent.
Then they tell you that the completation is not valid and they rejected the ticket, even though the registration, deposit and wager was finished as required and proof was sent. The ticket is rejected and cant be reopened.
Freecash, their partner where I found this task wont help at all. They all dont care.

Dont waste your time or money on their campaigns. Not on freecash and not on torox offertoro.

OfferToro/Torox have terrible support that takes about a month to reply.
Exposes its users to the risk of getting scammed by collaborating with companies that are not reputable.
Dont do any tasks that require deposits or take weeks to complete because they will not pay.
Time wasters.

I had started a tasked called age of coins which was paying 181$ if you complete all the task. I completed all the tasks including one which required an in app purchase.
I had spent 8 hours a day grinding and paying for more in app items and racking up a lot of debt.
Once I completed epoch 125 I had noticed I wasn't been paid out for my work.

The Lazy support team took a month to reply and had came to the decision to rejected my ticket and gave me unsatisfactory reasons for why it was rejected which where not relevant to me. For example ''you may of had a vpn on or you had no internet connection'' which this is not true since I do not use vpn and I had an internet connection because the app is online only.
You cannot apply a decision which is how they get you to shut up and prevent you from asking for payment.
most of the 5 star reviews on offertoro are from people that got paid out a dollar or less. they have no problem paying out a few cents.
My task was at a good price but I noticed within a day it dropped from 181 to 91 which is probably why they wont pay out because it was a good deal.

I wish I had known their team are from Israel since this is a huge red flag that they wouldn't pay out big offers.

Never pays for bigger rewards never tracks them even when you watch tons of ads and complete them following all instructions. They simply reject the ticket.

They rewarded me for completing the first stage of an offer within hours, then rejected the rest (I did everything right). Didn't actually explain why though, I got a generic, dismissive, condescending response. They make up some bs to avoid paying out. Should be regulated.

I completed a casino task, deposited €13 and wagered everything while remaining without a balance. Theoretically completed, but in practice it didn't pay me. The only way to make a ticket is to write Your email. Without the possibility of sending screens it is nothing. They never contacted me.

Waited 2 months for a 75000 coins offer, which I should have received for successfully completing the Karamba Slots offer. I’ve now been blatantly lied to regarding why it hasn’t tracked, since then I have been ignored.
It’s funny how this company are happy to pay you for the small offers, but the big ones, all of a sudden there’s an issue?
A bit dodgy to me. Personally, I will be avoiding this offer wall from now on. I recommend you do the same. Try ayet studios instead

Very very poor service. I am giving this rating because i have completed an offer it's been 20 days. But still I didn't received reward for some tasks. Even i can't able raise a complaint from their partners site. Also i tried to contact torox through email 10+ times. But there is no reply. 😡😡😡. Please don't try to complete offers from this site it is not trustable. You will be disappointed after completing your task. Because you won't receive any reward from here. Becareful and Beaware of fraudulent. I have a mesaage to torox if you can see this messge send me my reward. Atleast reply for my mails.

This started with freecash.com offer, I have completed the task, offertoro didn't pay they rejected my $19.00 payment.
Know the 2048 blast game offer; completed steps 100 and below, rewards automatically, but step 200 not. I try to ask for rewards, submit button doesn't work. I tried since December 12, 2023.

When I complete the bigger amount offer every time they didn't send me reward if I not contact them and when I contact then they send me my reward after few days

They dont pay for last steps and dont answer i they support!
