I would not recommend this company. The goods I received were not of merchantable quality, and when I raised the issue, I was not offered a proper refund. Instead, I was told I would be charged a £40 fee for returning the item, with further fees to follow. This is unacceptable, particularly as the product was faulty to begin with and, due to the defect, I was unable to return it in a fully dismantled state. A company should take responsibility for selling defective goods, not penalise the customer with additional costs. Very disappointing service and handling of the situation.

We are afraid there may be some confusion on this order, we can see from the notes on the order that the return due to the height of the chair not being suitable has been raised.
We cannot see that a specific defect or issue with quality has been reported to us, please do let us know if there are additional issues we need to be aware of.
As this was not damaged or faulty when discussed previously, there was a return cost applied. You have then advised that the chair was not fully dismantled for return, which may mean a further reduction in refund, but we will do what we can to avoid this if possible.
Please do get in touch with our Customer Services Team if there is more information that you need to pass on regarding the return reasons. We hope that we can get this sorted out to your satisfaction.

Great products but Terrible Carriers
I have a lot of items over the past 2-3 weeks all of which I have been happy with. However why Office Furniture loses 2 stars is because of the carrier they use. Unlike modern day suppliers it is impossible to track your delivery. I was told my delivery would be from 8am yo 6 pm. That's fine but you would think you could track your order or have a two hour slot. I waited in all day and guess what the delivery turned up at 5.55 so I waisted a whole day at home.
Please find a new delivery service who can tell your customers a slot for the delivery.

Was able to order over the phone
Was able to order over the phone, so no apps, no account, no login and no passwords. Happy with the chair we bought. 3rd one in 10 or so years. The fabric on thd last one faded and decayed or frayed to to UV light exposure. Price seemed OK but I didn't really do much research.
Best thing was doing it all by phone. Except of course, this review.

WE'RE A CHARITY and occasionally order…
WE'RE A CHARITY and occasionally order office furniture online. We chose to order an operator chair from 'officefurnitureonline.co.uk' The order was placed on 4th August and the chair delivered the next day, however we never examined the contents until today (11th) and found that the arm was broken off the chair. I raised this with the customer services department and was told that because I hadn't reported the issue to them within three days, they wouldn't replace the chair or indeed the arm and my only option is to buy another set of arms for £35 plus VAT!!

Leather is very poor quality - wafer thin - dont buy.
I bought one of their executive chairs currently known as the Loughborough. The leather is so thin that the seat leather cracks and falls away. On asking if I could buy just a new seat [it was self assembly] I'm told 'no' - so not only poor product quality but poor customer relations too. The young lady was very polite but management made a wrong unhelpful decision.

Honestly avoid it completely. Terrible at everything. An whole office desk order that was promised in a few weeks has turned into 3 - 4 months, and on the day of arrival, handing back all of our office furniture the day before, they arrived with not even half of the desks. We are still left stranded. You cant speak to anyone other than a handling agent. The company they ordered with showed us a different order to our own and also said they have tons of desks. It has caused us days of unproductivity with false commitment every time.

Looking at our correspondences, you can see from your confirmation that the desks were ordered, this is a slightly different version of the order we send to the manufacturer but all items are there. Somewhere in order inputting at that side a line has been missed and we are so sorry about this, we are doing all we can to get this resolved for you and are looking into alternative options for you. We will also be investigating with the manufacturer and looking at ways to prevent this ever happening again.
The tons of desks the manufacturer have advised that they have are not the same type that you have ordered unfortunately, those are made-to-order which is the reason they give us that longer lead time.
We can see that our Customer Services Team and their management have been in touch and hopefully we'll be able to get this all resolved for you soon.
