Amazing service once again. Lovely Rolex gmt as described on my wrist. Really good guys to deal with offering great knowledge and expertise. Unlike other watch dealers I have never had the need to negotiate price yet still feel extremely well looked after. Highly recommend official watches and would also recommend a visit to showroom and also service centre.

Mainly dealt with Mercedes who was great, very responsive to questions and kept me informed throughout the transaction. The watch was as described, fairly priced and was received without any issues. Will definitely look to use them in the future. The buy back option is also a real benefit should you wish to use it after two years' ownership.
