Took my red Range Rover evoque for mot they change my front break pads,well done to the team great job brilliant garage.me n my daughter using this garage for more than 4 years now.

WARNING FEMALE DRIVERS. My car was damaged from hitting a pigeon, was told there was a hole in the air con system that would take over £180 to fix but they'd get back to me with a proper quote (they never called). I got there at a later day, they tried charging me £300. I went to a second garage for another opinion and they confirmed there was NO HOLE IN THE AIRCON SYSTEM. Off rhodes said they were charging so much due to three hours to take the bumper off and install an alternative part. The sad part is, it's a woman sat behind the reception doing this to other women... Appalling

What I thought to be a caring decent garage turns out to be the complete opposite. Been trying to book my vehicle in for more repairs with them for months. Just get told we’ll call you back but never have a phone call back. Ring again to book in and get told same constantly. So went to catterick service station. What css found wasn’t good. The spring off Rhodes had fitted was upside down !!!! Which has caused my shock absorber to now blow and the new top mount to also disintegrate. Phoned them monday 19/6/23 to tell them about it and state I’m not after money back or them to touch my vehicle again. I told them that I just want you to do a better job checking the work you’ve done on customers cars. Was assured the manager/owner would ring me back. Well it’s now the 20/6/23 and still no phone call. Don’t seem very caring to me anymore. Also they hadn’t fitted my subframe correctly. Was completely misaligned causing alignment issues and my couple of month old tyres to be near the point of replacing again !!!!!! I honestly thought they were a respectable outfit off Rhodes but now I see they’re the polar opposite !!!!! VERDICT …… AVOID like the plague !!!!!!!!
