I used this hosting provider for few months and i can guarantee this is the worst hosting provider i have used.
These guys are not offshore.
They dont know the real meaning of of offshore hosing.
This is a fake offshore site.
Their servers are located in USA.
They never ignore DMCA.
Support is sucks.
They only have one guy for give support his name is "Alexis"
I used their VPS and they are very slow.

Regarding our VPS offer, they're located in France on a high-performance Cluster
Offshore does not mean breaking the law (and therefore the DMCAs). This means adapting to the laws of the country (and potentially ignoring the DMCAs)
Worst hosting provider..
Slow servers.
Bad customer care.
