Paul from the nothern team provided a great service. swift, friendly and went above and beyond to solve the issue and provide excellent advice.

Keiran H was the engineer assigned to help resolve my issue of not having connection to sky.
He immediately knew what was required and resolved the issue within 20 minutes.
I can't thank him enough for the quick turnaround, plus leaving information for me which may help in future.

Errol came around to have a look at some issues I was facing with my internet. I was not in and he waited till I got back. The problem was resolved swiftly and he knew exactly what he was doing. He was very friendly and able to answer all my questions.

I called OFNL on a Friday for an appointment to fix an issue with the fibre leading to our Sky box and managed to get one for the Monday straight after.

Kieran was incredibly helpful - explained the problem and resolved it quickly. He also have me his mobile and was able to help me with follow-ups the day after. Kieran’s a clear asset to OFNL and their service generally seems excellent.

I reported an error with my internet connection to my ISP and had an engineer booked for the next day but didn’t have to wait, Jorge called me within the hour and said he could make it today. He turned up, found the issue and got it sorted. It was great service from all involved!

After reporting an issue with OFNL fibre connection, first thing the next day we had a visit from an engineer, Mark.

He provided notice of the time he would arrive, was on time, polite and dealt with the matter efficiently. He then took the time to walk through tips and additional information about the equipment.

Cannot rate this service any more highly. Excellent work.
