Mark the engineer, who came to fix my router issue was brilliant. He showed up on the day booked and contacted me before to let me know his ETA. This was in the morning meaning I’ve not had to stay home for the whole day. He fixed the problem promptly without any issues, even fitted a new OFNL internet box.

Mark provided a Great service and is a super engineer. After initially booking for a week ahead with our service provider due to not offering a time slot the engineer contacted us directly and offered an early morning slot the next day!
He turned up in time and fixed our problem quickly and professionally

This afternoon we had a lovely gentleman called “Kieran H” we have not had WiFi for 3 months but Kieran H sorted my fibre optics cable and also happily helped me and my partner install our WiFi box. He stayed until he knew it was working in every room and every phone. His respectful manners and kindness goes a long long way. We are really grateful for the time and effort he took explaining little things to me like the lights on the OFNL router etc and how to know whether it’s a problem with the router or the WiFi.
Overall very good experience would definitely recommend Keiron H to anyone who has issues.
