Final review:

Issue resolved (after a while) free pair of shorts made it worthwhile.
I guess despite the initial shortcomings, they did care about a positive outcome.

Had issues with a partial order delivery and no response from customer service as per below email.
When I did eventually get hold of someone, they were in fact quite helpful. They resolved the initial issue, offered compensation and escalated.
I was informed that they are currently moving warehouses and therefore have abnormal customer service and delivery for the short overlap period.
I will revise yet again once I order again - given that my initial problem was rectified and the issue was eventually escalated, I'll give the. The benefit of the doubt and not eliminate them as an option on future purchases.

Ordered two identical pairs of shorts, only one arrived, despite being charged for two. Have phoned and only ever gotten voicemail - to which they haven't responded.
Have emailed them twice - no response.

Paid for one day delivery, received after 3 days of order date, when received found out my parcel was sent with Royal Mail 48 (2 day delivery). But was refunded for delivery.

Great Value Items, Quickly Despatched, and followed up with great support. Spot on all round - you cant ask for much more. Now my No 1 GoTo Site for Golf Gear. Excellent 10/10 !!

No stock of an ordered item, no communication for over a week, I have had to chase them, and put the phone down on me when requesting a refund!

Avoid these and stick to Trendy golf or Scottsdale golf as there are reliable.......

Nice to see good quality golf gear at affordable prices. I ordered my irons 6 months ago, and picked a great carry bag last week.
Fast delivery and good customer service, as I changed the delivery address twice nothing was too much trouble.

I placed an order for my dad's birthday and couldn't decide what to get so called to check that if I bought two things I could return the unwanted one. Lovely conversation and even though I'd left it to the last minute, I explained it was a birthday present and they pulled out all the stops and got both items to me super quick at no extra cost. I was so grateful, they were just so helpful. Returned the unwanted item and got a refund absolutely no problem literally two days after I sent it back. I was kept informed throughout, really couldn't have asked for better, more efficient or friendlier service. I found OGB on Google and contacted them about producing 44 shirts for my charity golf day. They not only supplied the tops but embroidered 3 logos and also supplied two smaller tops for the little girl who is not so well and who we were raising money for. The level of service was first class and I will 100% be using them again. They delivered the tops within the tight time frame i had requested and the quality of embroidery was exceptional. I can’t find enough words to describe how pleased I am with them, they made my life as a charity organiser so much easier.
