Let's also continue with the fact that the 'delivery tracking' link does not reflect reality either... the link has been broken since February 6, namely that my order should have reached me at best on Wednesday, February 4
I'm disappointed and I doubt I have confidence for a next order
Finally, I reserve a little more time to wait to start the refund procedure, I keep the hypothesis of being confronted only in the face of a significant delay

Excellent customer service, GREAT products. I switched my entire skincare and makeup routine to Ogee. The contour set is stunning. The complexion sticks are amazing and even work as a great concealer. I’m light skin, between neutral and cool. Larch is my summer color and Cedar is my winter color. I’ve been using the Discovery skincare set for about 3 weeks now and noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I’m a 40 year old, mom of two. My wrinkles are less visible, my skin shines, and it’s so smooth. Highly recommend! Worth the cost.

Complete Cream
I just received my new hydration product! It is so creamy and luscious. The Complete Cream is so refreshing and lasting. I used the daily facial towel/makeup remover and then applied the Complete Cream. I also used the lip balm and was ready to go to the home office for a computer day. Later in the day, my face was still feeling hydrated. The next morning my little wrinkles were still hydratedand ready to start the day again.

Best overall makeup I've tried
I have been using Ogee products for the past two years after discovering them on Instagram, and I can't say enough good things about them! The makeup is simply amazing—it literally melts into your skin, making it feel like you're not wearing anything at all. If you're looking for more coverage, you can easily add more product without it feeling heavy. The result? You look like yourself, but better!

Ogee cosmetics are my favorite brand. I recently decided to add a new product to my makeup routine and ordered the face stick in my foundation shade. When it arrived, there seemed to be a mechanical issue with the tube as the foundation would not adjust up or down when twisting it, so it was unusable. I emailed customer service for help and they replaced my product promptly! I love this company! Amazing products and A+ customer service!
