Communication before and throughout installation was excellent, Contacted by the engineer in advance to let me know what day and time he would arrive.
Property was looked after when installing & no damage, Ohme charger looks great and very tidy

Excellent installation
Excellent installation! Michael provided an approximate time for his arrival, which he kept to.
We discussed the installation and I was shown a few options for some of the equipment.
We agreed the location and he got on with the job.
He left the area clean and tidy and the installation was very neat.
He showed me how to set up the app and i was changing within minutes.

Never put box where we wanted it cannot believe you can leave so much mess by drilling one hole just took delivery of a brand new vehicle had it ceramic coated and the fitter left it looking like a sand pit very unprofessional and sloppy

Awful customer service experience
Awful customer service experience.
Charger has not been able to connect to any sim for the past 2 weeks. Originally phoned up after 2 days of not being able to get it working and was told they would remotely change the sim to a different provider and to wait a couple of days. After 3 further days of waiting I contacted their customer service again bear in mind that every phone call I have to wait 30 minutes to even speak to anyone. I was then told that they have changed the sim around again and used a different server and to wait another day or two. After the 2nd day I was sent an email instructing myself to send my address and contact details alongside photos of the power box and the charger itself and somebody would get back to me. Come a a week and still no response. So I then rang up again having to wait another 30 minutes to explain how I’m still awaiting an email response. I was then ensured I would receive a phone call of somebody that same day. Come to the end of the day and surprisingly not a single phone call. But the that wasn’t the worse news that came it came in an email at 6pm the same day explaining how the charger couldn’t be fixed and i would now have to pay an £660 for a whole new unit all because of one faulty SIM card furthermore stating how there may be additional costs on the day. The service and responses I have received from this company have been nothing other than disgusting considering they have the most expensive EV charger money can currently buy in the UK.

I am 78 yeaa first class jobrs old and was a bit…
I am 78 years old and was a bit concerned about having my car charger fitted, but there was no need to worry as Tim the engineer arrived on time and explained everything thing to me, he ran me through the installation process, he carried out the installation in a very clean manner, no mess and he put everything back in it's place. He then took me to see the work he had done and to see what was what and explained how to use the ohme app. Tim was very understanding with me, Tim is such a pleasant man he did a first class job and left no mess stall.

A lovely tidy install
A lovely tidy install.
The engineer was friendly and courteous and kept me informed at each stage.
The work was sub contracted out to J.PESKETT ELECTRICAL LTD in Hassocks and I would certainly recommend them for electrical work as well.
The Ohme charger looks good and is fully functional using the app. Would definitely recommend Ohme chargers.
