Purchased an item due from this company due to the promise of delivery on that week. Over a period of two months, I revived multiple emails saying the delivery was delayed. I eventually asked for a refund which I had no reply from the company. I am yet to receive any refund or item from this company.

Brilliant service and quick turnaround for a devastating event that can't be planned for in advance. Ordered a personalised leather condolence book and candle holder on Tuesday morning and they arrived the following day.

My only criticism, is that the pictures online are misleading!!!!!. The products when they arrived are so much more beautiful than any picture can convey. The feel, the quality and the look was so far beyond my expectations, which was extremely high to start with. Also the way they are packaged and the presentation shows the company cares about its products and its customers. Even down to a simple signed condolence note with a sympathy message.

I ordered online and had email contact prior to ordering, but no face to face or telephone contact. Wierdly i find myself feeling it is the most special, memorable and personal customer experiences i have had both online or in person. All down to the quality of the products, presentation and customer service.

I do feel bad for any future customer reading this as i dont wont to spoil how pleasantly surprised you will be, but its only right to acknowledge hard work and credit where its due.

Thank you to the whole company you have made a difficult time that little bit easier and made me smile for the first time.

What an amazing company and the customer service is second to none. Always there to help you and answer all questions. Prompt on emails too. Sam has been brilliant and always ready to help no matter what the query with a smile on her face. Would highly recommend this company. They honestly do care.

Ordered on the 9th of Dec email back after order was accepted said would be with me around the 17th all good. Didnt arrive so i messaged to see when it was dispatched, it was dispatched the nxt day and its now the 23rd probably wont arrive for Christmas if it arrives at all, spend your money elsewhere!

Ordered on the 9th December, sent repeated emails to see if it had been shipped. I was informed yesterday the 21st, that the product was in fact out of stock. Asked for a refund was told 14 days due to coronavirus??? No apologises or anything. Steer clear

I ordered a personalised, engraved bottle during a very busy festive time within the pandemic and received a fabulous service. Beverley was my contact and went out of her way to make sure I received what I wanted even though it was not a 'run of the mill' order. I would like to add here that from start to finish I was given a first-rate experience. Many thanks.

I have recently ordered a tan leather five years diary. Delivered today and it looks stunning!!!!
I was assisted with my order by a lovely lady called Beverley Bax from Customer Care. Excellent service and extremely helpful! In these times when everything is so different than it used to be, getting all this support from someone is invaluable!!

Great personalised experience on my customised orders by Beverly! Looking forward to receiving my orders!

Firstly they clearly sold out of the product I ordered and tried to send a different product in its place in the hope I wouldn’t notice. I waited for a response for three days and eventually received multiple, conflicting responses from different staff members. In the end they agreed to help me by rectifying their error only to email the following day completely taking their offer back and leaving me over a week on from placing my order without anything to gift.
I’m really shocked by how dreadful their customer service has been. I’ve given them so many opportunities to rectify their mistake and it has not only been a long process but now they have completely reversed their original offer. I gave an incredibly clear request for what I would like if the glass I ordered was not in stock and they have completely ignored it. They’ve now left me even less time to sort the situation they’d left me in. I’m really disappointed by their treatment of the entire situation and will never shop with them again.

I ordered two personalised Gin Glasses for a birthday and they are absolutely stunning! They are beautifully made and the quality is amazing, would recommend to anyone!

I can’t express just how happy I am with Oh So Cherished. We ordered a personalised glass bauble to remember our baby boy who passed in July and it is so so beautiful. Not only is the bauble gorgeous and so well made, it arrived it a lovely box. Overall the service and delivery has all been impeccable.

Somehow that I wanted my wife’s name on the glass didn’t get through. However contacted them by email and got a prompt reply from Beverly sorting it out. Glass arrived a week later, seems good quality, the engraving seems a little amateurish but OK. Glass not used yet as an Xmas surprise....now to get the gin

I ordered two personalised glass angel Christmas ornaments as a memorial gift for myself and my best friend’s husband/ child (my best friend recently passed away).

My best friend really loved Christmas so I wanted to find something that could include her. Then I found these baubles. The baubles are absolutely STUNNING and something I know my best friend’s family and I will cherish forever!

We ordered a pin for our best friend in London as we couldn’t make it to the wedding from Australia due to Covid. The team responded to all my enquires and even went above and beyond helping us get the present just right. Our friend was thrilled and touched when she opened the box and has decided to wear the pin in her hair for the wedding so we are with her every step of the way.
