Adam and Jake were absolutely professionals making my life much easier when our tank leaked at the seam halfway up the tank Adam was here within 15 mins of the Initial call to their office,the lady in the office was polite as was their boss who took the first call keeping me calm I have a severely stroke affected husband the men treated him with respect and were great at leaving me with the leak safe until they could order and replace tank for next visit, please whoever reads this review use this company and remember make them cuppas no one wants to work all day without a drink it keeps the workforce happy it's a very physical job treat them with respect

They came out to survey for a new tank /base and pipes and was so professional . They then came out to fit new base /tank and pipe . Very professional and polite worked hard and left everything clean and tidy I was so impressed can’t recommend them enough enjoyable experience from start to finish .

Phoned and arranged the installation quickly, with minimal fuss. The engineers arrived, worked quickly, with minimal disruption, were friendly and helpful. Not much more to wish for. JC

Issued fraudulent paper work which stated the tank installation was compliant with building regulations and the manufacturers installation requirements.
BROKE INTO THE PROPERTY OF A DISABLED PENSIONER REMOVED THE TANK AS WE COMPLAINED LEAVING HER WITHOUT HEATING AND HOT WATER.
DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
