Rediculus
This is rediculus. The site has shown availability for a destination. I paid and a day later i was bumped to an other hour that doesnt suit me, without me knowing.
I tried to change the ticket to what I originally had selected and they want a "re-oppening-variation" fee.
why on earth they didnt give my ticket on the first place? and Why I have to pay this fee?

Easy transaction, Info in one place
When I first started trying to buy ferry tickets I was looking at several sites in order to get the full picture. At this site all companies, times, and options were clearly presented so I could pick the best options. Buying the tickets was easy, and worked out well in the end. There was one little glitch. After I completed the transaction a page came up that said an error had occurred, and to call their phone number. I confirmed with my credit card company that the transaction went through successfully, but I didn't receive tickets, and the error message persisted. I tried calling the number, but couldn't get past the "automated assistant". I was very frustrated, when... I got an e-mail with the link to my tickets. The whole thing only lasted around 15 minutes, so it wasn't a big deal, but while it was happening it was a little disconcerting.
