The call center it’s ok but nobody can figure out what was happening in my situation.
I was a costumer of OK throught Power Horsens store, that was happened on 8/10/2023 after 1 month I decided to cancel my electicity subscription, everything was easy and the call center was very friendly, when I canceled my subscribtion I asked if I will be charger for something extra and the answer was “no”.
On 1 of Janury 2024 I received a bill from OK in witch one I shoud pay 650 dkk, I called again the call center to ask for what I was charged and they told me, the bill witch one a I receive it was for a “discount” for the product witch one I bought in Power, product witch one was cost 89,95 dkk (was a light bulb), I explain them that you can’t have 650dkk discount for a product witch one was cost 89 dkk (product witch one I returned it), anyway they told me if I can send an email on OK email adress in witch one I shoud add bouth recipts when I bought the light bulb and when I returned it to help them to see it’s no discount there, I did that too and after that I didn’t got any answer back.
After 2 weeks I called again and nobody had any answer yet about my case, they explein me that it’s something wrong and I shoud wait more, I explained during this periode in witch ine I am waiting I will be charged more becauee I will not pay in the time this bill and I don’t want to pay for something what I didn’t had it, the employe told me that he will block the bill in the sistsem and I will ghet an answer back, but now on 26/02/2024 I got another bill with the smae ammoungh 650 dkk and of corse nobody have any answer and nobody don’t know what I shoud do in this situation just to wait and be charged more…

Customer service not existing. Spoke and written with at least 3 people and different info. Sales person was good to sell something that now other employees from ok say not possible. I am really disappointed in this kind of treatment of a customer.

Biggest fraud company
Ordered OK EV Charing box back in Oct 2023, and it was installed in Dec 2023 but the box didn't work and the installation was done unprofessional. With cables hanging everywhere. OK have been to my house 3 times now, 2 twice I was inform and once they just showed up and started to do work without any permission. Until now still can't use my box. I have asked 3 times to cancelled the my OK Charging box and still kept the contracting going until today but still have to pay for 3 months more. I have already paid 3 months for something that doesn't work. I have to cancel all my contracted with OK, from Electric to wash card. Each time your called up and complain they just say something will call back and in the end no one willI call or email back. And on top of it now I have to pay triple the price to fix all these issues they have caused on my property. I would not recommend for anything. Just don't waste your time with OK.
UPDATE. Still no call back and still have not received my return kit.

I had signed up for monthly billing and...
I had signed up for monthly billing. Before my billing cycle, I was still invoiced for the next three months. I even have an email confirming my registration for monthly billing. Customer service says they can't do anything. Very sad about this, and everything else was perfectly OK with OK.
Edit:
I, as an electron customer, was moved to OK from 1st December 2023 and had already paid in advance for upcoming months until December 2023. On 8/12, I submitted a request to change my monthly billing and called kundservice to confirm. I was promised monthly billing from 01/24. Yet, a new invoice was raised for the next three months on 15th Jan.
