It's been a week since I requested a car charger installation at my house (via your advertising on Instagram). On top of that the car seller (Terminalen) requested the same for me the next day (On June 2). Unfortunately, I have not received the call yet. Soon, I will have an electric car without a charger at home :( I am an existing customer, with home electricity, and I am bit disappointed.

long answer! when you take monthly subscriptions to wash the car, no one warns you that you need to order an OK card with a code, and only then, using this code, will you be able to wash the car

You need the OK card so we can recognize your vehicle and your subsription.
When you order a free wash subsription on our website, it does ask if you need a card or if you already have one.
I hope it makes sense.
