The quality of the shoes are first class, both my wife and daughter who have small feet sizes 33 and 35 respectively love your shoes. However, your return policy is rather disappointing. The cost to return a pair of sandals my wife recently ordered, but did not fit correctly cost as much as the sandals themselves. I understand that Switzerland is not in the EU and this may complicate agreements with courier companies, but please investigate if a more efficient return process can be found.

I am surprised at the quality of the shoes. I was expecting a good quality show. I could have purchased these on Amazon for half the price. The shoes are thin, with cheap material and with glue clearly seen on the bottom.

Wrong colour, no compensation and sarcastic customer care
Sent me the wrong colour and couldnt send me the right colour in time for the event. As compensation offered me the possibility to wear the shoes, which wouldn’t make sense because if my problem was that the colour wasn’t the one needed. Didn’t offer me any kind of discount or compensation in the end. Won’t order again.
Ended up answering me in a sarcastic way saying my discount compensation was already on the website as they are on sale

Just measure your child's foot and go with the listed size that corresponds to the measurement of the foot. For some shoe styles it will be a different size. Focus on the cm of your child foot to choose the size.

Absolutely beautiful shoes and bow. Socks were soft and thin that suitable for the shoes and outfit. Price is just right. Shoes smells good too. Highly recommend.
