I bought an eTRAYz and a 1,5 TB HDD. I called them on friday and the products were not on the stock. However, they did their best and next day in the morning I got the products.

I have ordered a keyboard spare for a laptop Lenovo Y510. At least, that's was written on site.
When product arrived, I was trying to replace my keyboard, and, surprise, keyboard connector didn't fit with what was on the laptop motherboard. 50 euros wise spend it. Thanks oktal.ro for accurate info posted on the site. I had to order another keyboard form amazon.com, this time everything was compliant with reality. So, my advise, is to double check before order something on this site. For sure, I will never buy again from here, and I wouldn't recommend to use it. Lucky me that product didn't cost a fortune !!

The service was excellent. I received the ordered item the same day.

I placed the order in the evening, got called next morning and got the stuff after another 24 h.
I needn't help, but on the call they were supposed to offer support, for example on configuring a computer or whatsoever. (they state that on the site)

everything went OK

I ordered 2 HDDs late in the evening, and the second day before lunch I had the delivered. With other companies it usually takes a few days.
I also like the order follow-up system, on which I could follow the status of my order.
The guy who called me was OK too.

1 thing not so great, but this has to do with the courier: the guy delivering the HDDs gave me a really weird und unsatisfied look when i gave him a "only" 4 lei tip.

all terms were exactly, like those put on your site and written on order; with delivery, I was also satisfied, from Saturday morning till Monday afternoon, I think it's very good for w.e. days. That's normality

Frome now on when i need PC components Oktal is the first on the list. Dragosi (nice guy) suggested some good PC components I needed.

I've discovered Oktal 3 years ago when I was searching for a better & low price laptop. Since then, all the IT stuff I have it's from them, even if each time i'm comparing prices with other companies, they manage to keep them low and still provide quality IT equipments. Of course they have minor glitches, but overall I'm satisfied with their services, so I gave them 4 stars.

incidently had some shipment issues - problem was solved by the company with one simple phone call - also a verry good respons time on online orders processing.

Excelent company, excelent prices, excelent delivery.

I ordered 2 items, one was not in stock, so de delivery was a little delayed. What i didn't like was that the status of my order was not modified on the site, and i wasn't informed by e-mail, but i had to call them a few times, and also the shiping company they used, to find the status of the order.

The overall service is ok. I bought a mobile phone which is fine but the power cord had a UK plug!!! The plug should have been EU type!!! This was the only complaint I have.
Anyway, I had an adapter so problem solved!

short time delivery, nothing important to complain, maybe the on-line status of the delivery can be improved, e.g. not all the items ordered were reflected by online status of delivered goods , but delivery was according to order, so I would say it is OK
