Take it from a long time customer, there are better chat apps out there

My company has been a customer of Olarks since 2015. In 2018, they began offering a two-year prepaid subscription for a reduced price per agent.
We went with this plan to save money.
Two weeks ago, we found Tidio chat, which offers MUCH cheaper chat plans (they even have a free level). We moved to Tidio and are saving over half the cost per month compared to Olark, and we have so many more features!
When I asked for a refund from Olark, they said that with the two-year prepaid plan, they do not offer a refund, only a credit to your account.
So beware! And know that there are better chat apps out there with much more robust features.

Great product / great service

Cater Nation has worked w/ Olark these past 5 years and the service has been great for us and our customers, we get live chats every day that come in handy for our ordering customers who would prefer to chat online versus talk to us on the phone. It's all about being available for the customers the way they want to work with you! The service at Olark has been top notch, they practice what they preach by letting us chat timely w/ them at olark.com!
