Old.St Labs was founded by two operators. We'd both sat on the client side of software projects and knew what it felt like to hand something you cared about to a team that was technically capable but commercially disconnected. So we built the agency we wanted: one that starts with the business problem and works back to the software. Six years and more than 60 delivered products later, that's still the difference clients notice first. We're living through a fundamental shift in how software gets built, and we're fully in it. Our process is rebuilt around AI tooling and keeps improving as the tools do, which shows up in how quickly we ship. We've delivered a dozen AI-integrated products, from intelligent automation to AI-native applications where the intelligence is the product. And we help clients think clearly about where AI genuinely moves the needle, and where it's just noise. We work with founders, scale-ups, and established businesses across the UK and US. For startups, that might mean a first build or taking a promising prototype to production grade. For established businesses, it's often replacing ill-fitting SaaS, automating manual workflows, or rebuilding ageing custom software.
