Black mold galore & the rude new female owner.…
The new female owner is an intrusive damaged person who storms into your bedroom and open your bags and personal properties without your permission searching for food ,snacks and water that are banned from the room like in a police checkpoint while she reeks of cigarettes ,then when she feels challenged she raises her voice to customers scolding them like young kids and kick them out the premises even if you fully paid for the night, later marking you down like you didn't show up just to be able to collect the money in the system and get away with it , however tell me how did I get the door password if she claims I didn't showed up. (Pic attached )she is aggressive and dramatic ,watch out that she will be sneaking on you every minute breathing over your neck for petty things ,she has no idea how to conduct business or treat people, on top of that there is only one bathroom for the whole building which is fully neglected and cover on black mold between the tiles and sink .
