Bad customer support experience
Bad customer support experience: I bought a ESP32 board from them which was unable to maintain a stable Ethernet connection. When I contacted their support, they refused to replace the device or to accept a return and instead started to insult me as their customer (my claim that something might not work was described as ridiculous and I should have better educated myself about the product). I replaced it with a product from a competitor and that works flawlessly. Never again.
