Never received order!!!!Submitted an order online on…

Submitted an order online on thanksgiving day. Received an email package was delivered. It wasn’t. Emailed customer support received an email almost 2 weeks later stating I should’ve received it a few days after that notification. Not easy to get a hold of. Have sent another email requesting to cancel my order and a refund. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very unhappy!

I was under the impression that UK…

I was under the impression that UK online purchases delivered to the republic of Ireland,added any customs charges at checkout, obviously this isn't the case ,as for a 19€+10£ shipping purchase I was sent a email saying they won't deliver until I pay 11€ customs charges.

I didnt receive my original parcel as…

I didnt receive my original parcel as there was a problem with the post. But I got intouch about this and they quickly sent me out another parcel which I received the next day. With a little treat inside. Definitely best customer service. Thanks again

Takes far too long too send items out

Takes far too long too send items out, I’ve waited 5 days . Yet website states 2/3 days . If you want anything quick keep away from these. Weekend spoiled

i am really sorry your item took so long to come. Unfortunately sometimes royal mail take their sweet time which is out of our control, however 90% of the time all customers receive their mail on time.

You got to understand that once it leaves us we can not make it go any faster as we have no control over the postage :(.

I am really sorry this happened to you. Please give me a email or call when you make your next purchase I will add a few things in for you to make it up to you :).
