Excellent service and product. Very pleased with watch.

Great quality, and a wonderful watch!! Got it for my son’s Christmas present, and he loved it.

So below was my initial experience....

Watch bought and received last Christmas. Watch was never removed from packaging. I followed return protocol and shipped it back 1/25/19 with their shipping code. The tracking showed the watch arrived back to Oliver Coen but no one would return emails about completing my refund. Life went on and after March 2019 I forgot about it and stopped pursuing it, until a Facebook ad jogged my anger. I saw many glowing reviews on trust pilot and had to make sure people knew what I experienced.

An emotional email sent through their website one last time and a negative review here landed me an instantaneous response.

To my surprise and subsequent chagrin, Henry responded politely and apologized for the irritation I went through. He explained the manpower shortage they faced months back and rapidly refunded my purchase. He went even further that for the outlandish delay and irritation, they insisted in giving me an amazon gift card more than half the value I paid for the watch!

In a day where getting minimum service is lauded because retail service is usually abysmal, Henry of Oliver Coen took the time to rectify a serious issue. While it should have been done in the first place, the added attentiveness and empathy were completely unexpected.

I used to go out of my way to regale my poor experience with friends and fellow watch enthusiasts.

I have been so floored by the handling of this situation I have forwarded the email interaction to multiple close friends.

I conclude my review with, if you are in doubt on purchasing a watch from Oliver Coen, I encourage you to try it and see if you like it in person.

If Oliver Coen went to such great lengths to make my situation correct as a net loss to their bottom line, I can only imagine the continued service for their paying customers.

Watch is not over sold. It is as marketed

I was asking my friends for gift ideas for my boyfriend’s upcoming birthday and someone suggested an Oliver Coen watch because it has a lifetime guarantee. So happy with everything, it arrived very quickly and it looks absolutely stunning. Can’t wait to see him wear it!

Can something be both unusual and typical at the same time? Yes, it can and it is at Oliver Coen. I purchased a beautiful Berkeley. There was a small blemish on the case when I received it. I contacted OC to report the defect. I was contacted within hours and received numerous apologies. OC expressed their deep concern and commitment to rectify the core issues involved. Here’s the unusual part, OC sent out a replacement before I had a chance to return the original! The whole issue was resolved in one day. The customer service was extraordinary and at OC that’s typical.

The watch is even more gorgeous in person and will be perfect for my husband’s birthday. It shipped quickly and I can’t wait to see his face when he opens the box!

The beautiful Fitzrovia arrived surprisingly fast and I couldn’t be happier with it! So many of the competitors fashion, and luxury watches can cost thousands of dollars and only have a warrant for a few years at most. The fact that it looks great, was a fair price, and has a lifetime warranty is insane! Because Oliver Coen is willing to stand by their product in such a way leaves me confident that this is a time piece I’ll be able to pass on to the next generation.

Customer service was stellar. I ordered a watch for my now husband as a wedding gift, but realized that the delivery timeframe that I chose meant that the watch would be delivered too late to be given prior to the ceremony. David from customer service got back to my inquiry within a few hours and had a second watch sent over with expedited shipping so that I would be able to get the watch in time. Very appreciative and the watch looks great!

Wow wow wow!!! Never in my 55 years have I experienced customer service like Oliver Coen offer. Whilst changing my sons bedding I accidentally scooped up his Berkeley watch from his bedside table and put it in the washing machine with the laundry. Imagine my horror when I emptied the machine. The face was chipped and the leather strap ruined. I contacted Oliver Coen to see if it could be repaired, I was prepared to pay as it was a gift my husband and I had bought for Christmas. David Murphy in customer services explained that accidental damage wasn’t covered by warranty but he wanted to help. I paid $30 to cover postage and a label was sent to return the watch.
A complimentary strap was going to be added as well as the face replaced.
About 10 days later I got a card from the post office saying they couldn’t deliver a parcel as a customs charge of £11.31 needed paying. I wondered if this parcel might be the watch. I emailed David M again and he confirmed it was the watch and explained the post office should have charged their corporate account.
Parcel was delivered yesterday. We actually think it is a brand new watch rather than a repaired one. My son is delighted as am I.
I cannot thank you enough, you have gone above and beyond. Best customer service ever!

I recently purchased a Berkeley watch as a wedding gift for my son because an article at Medium.com rated it as their top pick for men’s watches under $500. My son really liked the style of the watch but felt that the gold tint seemed a bit more rose gold than he preferred. I emailed Oliver Coen to ask if we could return it. They responded quickly, and I realized we had just missed our return window of 30 days. The representative suggested an exchange for another model of watch since it was a special gift. I was amazed by the considerate customer service and quick turnaround of a return label, small refund for the price difference and the shipment of the new watch.

This is an elegant watch with stylish, attractive design, materials and craftsmanship that keeps perfect time. Prompt and professional service and delivery. This is the second watch I have ordered from Oliver Coen. I’m a very satisfied customer!

The website is very easy to navigate and when I placed my order, I immediately record confirmation via email. I was also kept informed of the shipping info and when to expect my order.
