Thank you for review, below I've added our ingredient list and that of a cheap branded wax. I'm sure once you've read through you'll understand the difference in the two products, ours use natural products where as the others don't.If there is a fault with the product, then you could of reached out to us, as you can see from previous reviews we're always happy to accommodate our clients if theres a fault with the product, if it's an issue with your hair, then unfortunately we have no control over this.

• Natural Beeswax and Sunflower wax combination
• Contains Coconut, Peach kernel, Blackseed, Jojoba and Radish seed oils
• Enriched with vitamin E
• Preservative free
Pure Coconut Oil
Pure coconut oil extracted from the kernel of matured coconuts. Effective for softening and conditioner and is often claimed to have healing properties.
Peach (Prunus persica) kernel oil
Cold-pressed from the dried seeds of the fruit of the apricot tree. Rich in vitamins A, C & E and easily absorbed into the hair
Jojoba seed oil
Has a high vitamin E content, an an excellent softener that is well suited to conditioning both skin and hair, and may protect from protein loss and prevent hair breakage.
Nigella Sativa “Blackseed” Seed Oil

Sandalwood Deodorant
Best deodorant going, change to it and honesty never looked back. I always smell great and it lasts all day, never leaves any marks on any of my clothes and always extremely fast shipping, if you want clean smelling deodorant this is the go to !

Great product, excellent customer service

Their customer service is also really good and understanding, Sophie was really supportive, kind and polite.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for your recent order. I'm sorry to see how the bottles have arrived with you, this is not how we expect our products to arrive. We do pack everything with care but unfortunately sometimes parcels do get knocked about in transit and it looks like this is what has happened to yours.
Please can you confirm whether the packaging was in a poor condition on receipt?
I will arrange to send a replacement to you and to get the damaged bottles collected.
Please can you let me know a good day for Royal Mail to collect from you and I will book this. The driver will bring a label so all you will need to do is re-pack the bottles and have them ready for collection.
Again I'm sorry for the damage that occurred to your order and hope to get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
