Absolute SCAMMERS
Don't buy anything from this site.
What you order and what you get are entirely different.
The item I received was a cheap awful piece of clothing, nothing remotely like the ordered item.
When asked to provide an address to return purchase, none is given.
they are a total Scam!!!
garment arrived yesterday after many delays and not the sweater i ordered which was a blue knit stripe what i got was a brown stripe screen print that is an odd shape and ugly. two emails to the company including pictures hav gone unanswered. this is a scam and i am cross i fell for it. do not under any circumstances buy from them. they promised a full refund cant see it happening.yesterday
Purchased said jumper from this company on the 4/2/2026 and I still haven’t received it, I thought it was an Australian company and that’s how they make it out to be but it is suppose to be coming from China. DO NOT buy from this company.
UPDATE. Received jumper yesterday 9/3/2026 and it is horrible, the neckline is large and the jumper is a very small make, anyway I emailed the company to return it for a refund and my email has been ignored even though their website states you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this company
Scam website. DO NOT BUY. Thought I was buying from an Australian website until the international transaction fee appeared on my credit card statement. They even use Trustpilot image on their logo and send the nice little “thank you so much for your order from our small business….” email. I should have been more suspicious when it didn’t list the actual fabric on the description, just words like “Nordic inspired” and “soft and breathable”, but not wool, linen, acrylic, etc.
Further research has shown that the only images on their facebook page are generic stock images or AI, the email address for the order confirmation is not legit, etc
Firstly, I thought I was buying from an Australian site, only to discover it was ? an American company and was being shipped from China. I never received any tracking information. It took almost 3 weeks to deliver. The company's email address was wrong and I was unable to contact anyone.
When the article arrived today, my expectation of a Nordic designed woolen jumper (reduced from $366.99 to $99.99) turned out to be a cheap, synthetic jumper, dry clean only recommended. This is just a scam and future buyers should beware.
Purchased a Nordic style jumper for $99- when it arrived (tracking showed from Asia)- it was a poor copy of said jumper, with notable differences not only in type of yarn used, but in pattern and quality. Complaint emails said “all the right things”- but not action or responsibility taken. Will not buy from again, and I caution everyone that products are grossly misrepresented with quality prices!!
Olivia Noah Sydney is a ghost store. Items are shipped from China and returns have to be sent back to China. Return shipping is paid by the purchaser and a fee is charged to return. BEWARE AND AVOID.
