Total Scam DO NOT ORDER from them fake advertising, small London base , made in Italy .. totally fraudulent. Tried to cancel they refused.Dress arrived with cardigan it is awful neckline 6” lower than it should be, bust is 5” bigger than size and hips too small. They have admitted by email they are a China supplier and if price reduced on the site no refund. I stated this is faulty but to return YOU pay postage and customs to China and any refund will be 30 days plus. Trading Standards should shut this website down. They are all over social media .

Absolutely abysmal experience with this company. I only ordered from them because their bio says they are a London based family company that send all orders via Royal Mail so delivery is 1-2 days. They claim all their items are hand made in Italy. 3 weeks on I still haven’t received my order. I email them every couple of days asking where my order is & I ask for a refund as it’s clear my order is not going to arrive. All I get is excuses. When I questioned why the tracking said China when the items are supposedly made in Italy they said they are made in Italy they then go to china for labelling and packaging. What a joke. Can’t believe I’ve been scammed when everything looked so genuine.

Scam company. Avoid. Miss leading information on company's deliveries, location -Google identifies them in the ocean on the Equator. Contradictory information on excuses. Imagery on website false. Instagram followers claim 9k followers after 13 posts.. ability to comment disabled so those affected cannot let others know. Please avoid and save your money
