Serious Concerns Regarding Originality and Provenance

Extremely concerning practices for a gallery operating in the collectible design space.

A very large number of pieces currently presented and promoted by Olivya Stone appear to be direct reproductions or close copies of original works created by independent designers, often without any visible authorization, licensing agreement, or attribution to the original creators.

Multiple designers have reportedly attempted to contact the gallery privately regarding these disputed pieces and requested clarification or removal, yet no meaningful response appears to have been provided. The scale of the issue raises serious concerns about the sourcing, legitimacy, and originality of many of the works being marketed through this platform.

For a gallery operating in the high-end design market, transparency regarding provenance, authorship, and intellectual property rights should be a minimum professional standard.

Collectors, architects, decorators, and buyers should exercise caution and independently verify the authenticity and origin of the pieces before making any purchase.

The matter has reportedly been escalated through formal copyright infringement and platform reporting channels. Several formal copyright infringement reports have reportedly already been submitted regarding these works, and further legal action appears to be under consideration.
