We have recently had new windows and doors fitted by Omega and the service we received was outstanding. We knew what we wanted but it took us a while to decide who to go with. Our decision to use Omega was definitely the correct one. James took less than 20 mins to measure and listen to our requirements before sending a full, detailed/ itemised quote Each window was priced separately. There was no pressure at any time to commit. We have had all our numerous questions answered with clarity and visited the workshop to view their goods. Even the office staff were exceptional and got accurate messages forwarded to the correct staff. This was all prior to our decision to use this company. The installation by Mark and Jack was brilliant and the after sales service, dealing with the inevitable but minor snagging, by Andy was impressive. If you are ever in doubt, get a quote from Omega - we are happy to recommend.

This company were brilliant from the outset. All their operatives kept appointments, were polite, clear and professional. The back up from the office equally pleasant and efficient. The whole process was as easy as it could be and the quality of the windows is excellent.

While we accepted a long lead in time between order and installation nine if this mattered because the customer service kept us up to date. The day of fitting went very smoothly with the skilled fitter extremely knowledgeable and a first class fitter. The quality of the product through to the spotless reality of the fit were first class

We recently contacted omega regarding a side porch having previously used the company to install our new conservatory. The process to obtain quote was straightforward and speedy and the price was in line with our expectations. A surveyor called to discuss the finer details and we were given an estimated date for installation, however we were contacted ahead of time which was great. The builder and installation team completed the job to a very good standard in 5 days and we are delighted with the finished product. Thank you.

Absolutely disgraceful company They had us confirm the initial appointment time twice! Right up to the night before.We traveled 18 miles and got there 10 minutes early.. And low and behold they stood my husband up with not even an apologies.My husband waited 45 minutes for them to arrive and they never knocked on the door.Instead we were bombarded with late phone calls and excuses .We will NOT be using them as we can’t guarantee they will even turn up to install the product! We will use Anglian windows instead who are very eager to have our business and turn up to an appointment when one has been made.

Really impressed by Omega Windows from the survey to the final fitting. The guys were very professional, informative, tidy and polite. Would not hesitate to use them again.

My house is pre 1900 & Anything but standard, on their first visit the two men realised they would not have enough time to complete the job. They did their best & made a good job of completing the outside work. A few days later they returned to work on the inside, they did a great job, cleaned up & bless them hung my curtains back up! At 75 I’m not able to clime ladders! In my view they are a credit to your Company. Very well done, would not hesitate to recommend your firm & I can be a bit fussy but I appreciate a job well done.

We are so pleased with our new bifold doors. We ordered them on 22nd March and they were fitted on 4th April. Friendly helpful staff who kept us updated with our order all the way through. The fitters were considerate, quick and efficient and the doors look great. Excellent service, from ordering to fitting which we are happy to recommend to others.

From the "no hard sell " approach at the very beginning (unlike other companies in the same sector) to the end product, we couldn't be happier. The guys who installed were great, very friendly and helpful, they took great care to deliver a neat finish and even helped fix a problem with a pre existing door that wasn't locking properly! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and in fact have decided to replace more windows with them in the near future!

Had a conservatory fitted by this company and was so impressed with the finished job at a reasonable price I had no hesitation in using them again when our front door needed replacing. Again they came up trump's with another excellent job. From start to finish they have been very professional. As with conservatory the first visit made all the difference with great design advice also giving alternative options. Every one who has commented on the installation has been very complimentary. I've been in my home for nearly 50 years and used several window companies who on every occasion have let us down. Not this company would highly recommend them if you're looking for a first class job.

Fantastic, reliable company who fitted our new windows. The staff were friendly and polite, with a professional approach to the job. One of the fitters noticed a slight blemish on one of the pieces of glass and promptly ordered a new one to replace it! To be honest I probably wouldn’t of noticed the mark myself! This goes to show how much they pride themselves on customer care and satisfaction! I would thoroughly recommend OMEGA to anyone looking to replace their windows, or get a conservatory fitted etc! First class service!!

Just had a porch erected. Delayed because of Covid but was kept informed about the prolems and when they did arrive they worked quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the finished job and have no hesitation in recommending this company.
