Never received my order. Emailed multiple times and get a notificatiob that their e-mail is not in use - Messaged them on instagram , still no product and no refund issued. I wish I had read the reviews prior to buying as many people have had the same experience.

The slimline pump is amazing

Tried this as the price was a lot cheaper than other brands. Absolutely amazing and would highly recommended

I ordered on the 6th of March and it's 27 of March still nothing came.i paid alot and nothing came .I will definitely do something about this company. They stole my money.wnen ever I contact them they leave their email,which you will get no reply if u email them.i emailed alot ,but no response. This company is not trustworthy please avoid.i normally don't review,but I want to save others from thefts.

Fairly sure this website is a scam. Ordered something, never got sent it, the customer service address on their website sends a bouceback and get an automated response on IG. Fortunately I only ordered a cheap product. Avoid at all costs.

I placed an order close to 2 months ago and I have not received the items. I emailed and have had no response.

This company has brazenly stolen intellectual property from artists (photographers) and used this imagery in their PR campaigns. When contacted, the company then replied via DM 'nice try' to those whose work was stolen, and refused to take it off the internet and seize using it for profit. Arrogant and ignorant, this is not a trustworthy enterprise and displays a shockingly flippant and exploitative behaviour that would extend to all parts of their business.

Ordered a double breast pump a month ago and I still haven’t received it even though I was charged for it. I’ve contacted them several times through e-mail and social media and they have yet to get back to me. Right now it looks like they just stole my money.

Placed an order for a flange insert for my breast pump on the 2nd August. By the 17th August, it still hadn’t arrived so contacted customer services who assured me within a day of my email to them that a replacement part was being sent. As of now on the 9th September I have still received nothing. Contacted customer services again on the 26th August, 1st September and 4th September via email to try to sort out a replacement or refund - zero response from the company! Contacted via social media on 5th September, with zero helpful response to finally be told on the 7th September after chasing and chasing that because I have ended up requesting assistance from my bank to gain my money back there is nothing the company can do and I would need to place a brand new order. The customer service has been absolutely shocking. Would not recommend! I am now without a part that I’ve needed for my breast pump and have zero confidence in the company to trust placing a new order!

Bought a wearable breast pump from Onatural, within 2 weeks my nipples started to get slightly sore so I messaged them via social media, they responded straight away and advised me that I may need sizing. Got sized and they sent me a free set of inserts, my supply has increased and the pain has completely gone. Super comfortable pump and amazing service.
