Excellent customer service
My parcel arrived in shocking condition - looked like the courier had played a muddy game of rugby with it, then run it over multiple times. The customer service I received from Roz at OnceIt however, was exceptional. She replied extremely prompt, kept me updated throughout and organised a replacement. The best customer service I've probably ever experienced.

Amazing Customer Service
Before I start, I’m a frequent user of Onceit.
My most recent order was missing an item (the first time any of my orders have had a mishap) & I raised the issue with their support team. Miz got back to me within a day & sorted out a refund for the missed item and some credit (which was a lovely bonus).
Customer service is not an easy job and neither is picking or packing orders. Thank you for the 99% of times the whole team manages to get it right & thank you for being so helpful when mistakes do happen.

Was looking to purchase from them, and soon discovered they are selling phone cases with designs stolen from hard-working independent artists, and not responding to calls to take them down. Will avoid in the future now as who knows what else they have stolen!

GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I ordered something through ONCEIT (from a different supplier- not them), but what was delivered to me did not match the description of item I purchased.
I first emailed the supplier who gave me the runaround.
I then rung ONCEIT explaining what happened and forwarding the email correspondence between the supplier and I (and to save anyone else the hassle, just go straight to ONCEIT - not supplier).
From that first conversation I was listened to, understood, treated with respect and told “I will follow this up and be in touch”.
I was updated every few days with the correspondence between ONCEIT and the supplier, they were amazing at keeping me in the loop.
It took over 7 weeks for the item to be collected and returned from me - that was not ONCEIT’s fault and they were very good at following up and reassuring me it will be collected/sorted.
Once the item was collected (a Thursday), I was emailed on a Tuesday that the refund was being processed - YAH!
Chas is who handled my refund and was absolutely AMAZING answering all of my questions, emails and just making this whole experience 1000x easier - VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!
This was my first time purchasing through ONCEIT and what could have been a terrible purchases/experience, turned out to be a pleasant one due to how they treated their customers.
I highly recommend shopping from ONCEIT, I definitely will continue too.

Lost parcel sorted so quickly :-)
I had a parcel that seemed to be lost, Roz from customer services followed up for me immediately and then kept me in the loop with all correspondence between herself and the company that sent the products, they then sent me a replacement so quickly, can’t thank them enough for helping and for the quick and lovely service :-)

Fantastic Customer Service
Although we had to get a refund as our item got caught up in the delivery process, Onceit was very helpful and polite, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Not only did they make sure the refund came through but also provided a small credit, which was beyond what they needed to do but much appreciated. Great customer service experience.
