Two travelers same seat

I got a ticket with a seat number, but when I went to my seat, another person was already sitting there with the same seat number — same train (600), just a different hour!
Because the train was delayed (like always), I couldn’t even tell her to move.
The trains are always late, and prices are too high.
If I could give a 0, I would.

Awful service, nonfunctional support

The consistency of your awful service never fails to amaze me. The seats are always dirty, the train cars are never cleaned, and the toilets are, to say the least, disgusting. Ticket prices are predatory for the terrible service provided, and the terms of service only reveal how exploitative they are once you encounter a problem. And more, your online customer support system does not work, and the station agents simply tell you to use the nonfunctional website instead of helping you to resolve the issue. As a result, it has been months since I was charged for an order that the system failed to complete, and I still have not been reimbursed. And don’t be fooled by first class, it’s just a 10cm wider seat, with the same smell and lack of hygiene as second class

Unacceptable Train Service

The train is faulty, dirty, and always breaking down. Delays have become the norm, especially for the Casa - El Jadida line. Even after numerous complaints from travelers, no action has been taken. It's disgraceful.

Always AC not working on the trains

I remember my first trip was back on June 23, 2025. I purchased 2 second class tickets from Fes to the Airport M5 in Casablanca because the first class was sold out. I found out the whole train has no AC. including 1rst class. I made a claim to the ticket controller and the chief of ONCF at the airport and told me " This is the condition of how they received the train from the company. My second trip was a few days ago. Aug 31,2025. Again I purchased a ticket first class from Casa Port to the airport MV for 80 dirhams and was told the first class has no seating numbers, but all the train carts have AC working. Again, ONCF staff lied again and misled their passengers so they could sell the ticket. When I complained to the ticket controller. His first reply. "As soon as the train departs we should have AC working.. All the passengers waited. After the train departed. Again the AC didn't work. I asked the ONCF ticket controller, He then told me . " Just open the sliding windows. At this moment I know all ONCF workers were all instructed to mislead by giving false information and continue to lie to their passengers. I know now that the ONCF is a total joke, and corrupt to the core from the top to the bottom. The Moroccan government should have routine and consistent inspection of all trains. because your products represent your image. Nothing works inside including no running water in all bathroom, and no toilet paper and not properly clean. You have a big problem. Somebody must take the initiative and fix these problems.

The website is terrible!!

The website is just terrible!!! I wish I could give a 0 instead of a 1 star! Because how can a company that makes $$$$$ per day not afford having a decent website why u guys are so cheap ?!!

If i can give 0 stars i would

If i can give 0 stars i would. Absolutely terrible service. We travelled at night no air conditioning was on and it was terribly hot. I don’t understand the system of seat numbers as it’s piss taking. Simply dont put a seat number and people can sit wherever in the class they booked.

Do not bring big bags

Train was on time. However, had no baggage compartment. It was above the seats. We were travelling with big bags & was really uncomfortable to carry the bags up and down. No where in the website it was mentioned about the space & dimension for bags.

Terrible. Unsecured. Unhelpful.

Im writing this while standing without a seat going from Rabat Agdal to El Jedida. the biggest thing i have to say is that the delays are crazy and the service is really bad. theres no help since they wont even give me a good response. do NOT book online as if your travelling in a group you wont get seats together, not even minors get assigned seats next to there parents. the website doesnt even have a place where you can type the age of the child so they can assign you a seat next to the parents. terrible service is because when we asked someone working on the train he just said "so what" in arabic. untrustable and risky. And to add on even the seat i had assigned to myself had someone in it so they overbook without notice. Whoever made the website for booking is DUMB.

Don't buy your ticket online if you…

Don't buy your ticket online if you don't live in Morroco.

I had to get 4 codes from my credit card to get one successful transaction but i got 2 tickets and 2 paiements. The system had a bug. I immediatly made a reply. Nobody answered. At the station, nobody care.

You need a local phone number to contact ONCF or create an account to get a refund.

After several mails, i was able to write to the claims service but i had to explain and explain the same story to different persons. They refused my claim.
