I chose this 'company' because they offer to come the same day I called, and I thought my washing machine was about to broke, so I felt it was urgent. So the guy came, Steven, I think it is just he doing the repairs. In the web page it says 40 fee for call out, and it states they will let you know the problem and the cost of repair, and the repair fee 30 charged after diagnostic is made and if you ask them to fo for the repair.
The guy just confirmed that it was a problem with the water pressure and no the washing machine (that is diagnosis), however he charged me the 70 because of pulling out the machine and checking it was the water pressure!!
I told him that was just diagnosis, but he claim that by doing it , it was the repair!!! Such an impudence!!
I discussed with him about it, and he was claiming the same.
NEVER CALL THIS PLACE, BETTER GO WITH ANOTHER REPAIR SERVICE.
