Awful refurbished Apple equipment. Shocking. I went into an Apple Store and they were shocked with my laptop. It doesn't even balance properly on the table. It didn't even last a year! Amazon are using this companies platform - so wrong. I want a full refund. Broken Apple Mac Pro. Thank you. Please be aware of this company.

BUYER BEWARE This company sold me a defective item. Bought a Macbook Air as described but it came in a Macbook Pro shell. Unable to return as out of warranty, unable to sell, get fixed or trade in. The seller has taken no responsibility about selling a item that isn't what it should be. Think twice about purchasing from this company as I am left with a £450 laptop that is completely useless

Dodgy shoddy, broke in five days and then they delay and defer refunds through pseudo technicalities - they also send you a flyer swapping an 18 month guarantee for favourable review out of the box - essentially a bribe for the favourable reviews you see on here, so don't believe them.

Was looking for an old OS MacBook to install my old software and one was sent to me with the OS upgraded for free! Unfortunately it wasn't what I needed but customer service very quickly adjusted the order and I received the MacBook I wanted. Great service - very amiable and prompt interactions.

Sold me a faulty item as excellent. Stated the battery is the issue yet Apple confirmed by testing two brand new batteries in device and swapping all parts with brand new yet device still does not perform. Don’t shop. Awful customer service.

Tremendous! I ordered a refurbished iMac on Tuesday late morning. It arrived at 11.00 on Wednesday. Professionally packaged it was like new. It came with a new keyboard and mouse. It took about two hours to set up with all my details and programmes operational. Excellent service and value for money.

I ordered an Apple MacAir13 inch 2017 for my Granddaughter’s birthday. It arrived really quickly, (within 2 days) well packaged and with tracking information.
The condition is almost as new. She is delighted with it and so am I.

Sent wrong model without asking, wrongly claiming it was an upgrade.

Company sent an entry level 2014 Mac Mini instead of 2012. The 2012 model I ordered has RAM slots allowing upgrade, while the model I was sent is hobbled with 4gb non-upgradeable RAM, won’t run older versions of MacOS affecting compatibility with the software I wanted to run on it, doesn’t have firewire so won’t work with the audio interface I intended to use and performs poorly on single core processes owing to significantly slower CPU clock speed. While multicore and GPU performance are marginally better, overall it is a significantly less capable machine.

Anyone with any knowledge of these systems knows the limitations of the 2014 entry level Mac Mini esp re: soldered in RAM etc… vs the previous generation 2012 models. It’s hard not to see this as a deliberate attempt at misselling.

iPad ordered11th December, failed to be delivered to my house! More than 2 months on still waiting for a replacement or refund. Despite filling a police report & everything needed from myself.

I ordered the wrong model iPad and it has been delt with so well and I received a replacement today. The communication is fantastic they respond so quickly. Free postage on returns and again sending out replacement. I would buy from here again and recommend them.
