Ordered weeks ago and still no delivery, getting the same response from customer service but it is unhelpful.

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE
An organisation is only as good as when something goes wrong.
Not happy with a TREE we are told to move under glass when it is minus 5.
NOT happy with a grudging “ we are right - you are a pain in the neck” Customer service person
NOT happy that I am expected to stay in from 9 till 6pm for a collection or I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER.
NOT happy that I am expected to have all the packaging after a discussion over a few days AND that my refund will only take place after INSPECTION. Bearing in mind these trees were in transit for FOUR days, how do you know what they arrived like?!
Up till now I had been delighted with your plants…. You were at the top of my list for stocking my new garden.
I hope this £8.50 was worth it - I will NEVER buy from you again.

Our olive trees are suitable for growing outdoors in the UK. As stated on our website, we advise protecting them if temperatures are expected to fall below -5°C. As explained in our email correspondence, this temperature is given as a precaution to help reduce the risk of foliage damage during exceptionally cold weather. In practice, the trees are often able to tolerate lower temperatures, although prolonged or severe frosts can sometimes cause foliage loss. Where this occurs, the trees typically produce fresh growth again in spring or summer with the correct care.
We appreciate that these trees were not suitable for you, and we're sorry they didn't meet your expectations. While many customers grow these olives successfully outdoors throughout the UK, we understand that they were not suitable for your needs.
The £8.50 return fee contributes towards the cost of collecting larger items such as these trees from your home. Our returns process also requires plants to be inspected before a refund is issued. As the collection is carried out by a third-party courier, we're unfortunately unable to offer timed collection slots, and if a collection is missed, the courier charges us again to rearrange it.

Very good service with impressive plants.
I wasn't sure about purchasing 6ft hedging plants online and not being able to see the actual plants ,you have to put your trust in the sellers description .
I was really impressed when the plants arrived in good time and very well packaged. The delivery
driver was very professional and carefully placed the palleted plants down the drive in a safe position.The plants was soon unpacked and I was impressed by the quality supplied by One Click Plants
