The plants arrived with well established roots, we're healthy and were well packed. However, this time I dropped a star, because, through no fault of yours, the parcel was delivered the wrong way up. It was clearly labelled, but the delivery man had ignored this. Obviously some of the soil had fallen out and one of the plants had come out.

The olive tree was delivered to my friend for har birthday on time. She sent me a photo and it was looking really healthy and much bigger than I expected...great value for money.

Fast delivery, but plants much smaller than advertised. Last year purchased a lot of plants, as we just moved in to a new house, unfortunately a third of the plants died. Purchased April to June 2025.

The plants arrived at a good size and in good condition. Id have like more details about potential size etc as not all of them had labels on them.

Still no sign of any plants ..so hard to give a good review

UPDATE: I've now received a replacement for the now dead olive tree. Can't fault the customer service in this regard, although I didn't appreciate the lecture about the small pot since it was double the size of the ones the trees were supplied in!
Nevertheless I will use this company again.

I bought two standard olive trees at the end of April 2026. One is looking good, the other is almost dead. I have emailed Oneclickplants but so far have had no response. This was an expensive purchase and for a tree to die so quickly is beyond disappointing. Not happy about this at all.
