Termination without charges
Having received a misleading/confusing email that did not address my concerns I telephonesd Customer Services and spoke to Amit Chauhan, who was most helpful and actually explained the position and what I need to do to end the contract without termination charges.

Intentionally misleading customers
AT NO CIRCUMSTANCES DO NOT DEAL WITH ONECOME! Scammers, intentionally misleading customers and getting away with it.
On 6 February 2026 I was approached by Macauley Moretti, a sales representative of Onecom who offered a super discounted price for both mobiles for 18 months at £15 including VAT in total. Three days later I realised my mistake and tried to revoke the contract. They said it’s too late as there is no early termination fee or £3000 to pay. Now I received a bill directly from Vodafone for 4 (!) sims to the total of £153.42. I am not using 2 of them and do not intend to. Onecom sent me the email 12 March 2026 advising regarding the line rental discount information of £79.27 pounds. Where has the offer of 15£ a month gone?? What is it for? The situation is causing much distress, feeling trapped. There should not be businesses likes this allowed to trade as they are scammers.

Aakansha was extremely helpful and patient with me as I am a bit of a tech idiot. She emailed instructions telling me step by step in easy to follow increments how to do the changes I needed. I would fully recommend contacting her or her colleagues if you are struggling or have issues with anything you are trying to do.
Claimed to be Vodafone.
Had a phone call from this company today, the caller said he was from Vodafone, after 16 mins I cut the call. He rang back from another number - I had blocked the first one.
Clearly 'sharp operators'.

Absolutely shocking experience with…
Absolutely shocking experience with Onecom.
We originally signed our contract with Dalys, but since Onecom took over, it’s been nothing but downhill. Prices have doubled while the level of service has been cut in half — completely unacceptable.
I’ve now tried four separate times to cancel our contract. Each time I’ve either been left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time or promised a callback that never happens. It feels like they’re deliberately making it difficult to leave.
Poor service, poor communication, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise anyone considering Onecom to think twice.
