I was given an incorrect spec on a…
I was given an incorrect spec on a paired wireless item with a Video Conf bar- so after checking i had to re-order correct spec item and pay in advance. The return process was not straightforward and I had to arrange delvery etc. It took some time and quite a few calls/emails to sort (Make sure you retain all packaging intact until satisfied and best check compatability yourself).

Told me that the item had been discontinued 4 days after my order was accepted & would not provide an alternative at the same price.
Ordered a conference video bar and paid for it and my order was accepted. Four days later, around the date that the item was due to be delivered they contacted me to say that the model that I ordered was discontinued and offered me an alternative at £90 more expensive. I looked elsewhere online and found out that this alternative was actually the same price as the one that I had ordered. They would not match the price so I had to request a refund and purchased the item elsewhere. The item that was supposed to be discontinued was still showing as being available on their website almost a week after I had ordered it.

We ordered a stand for a 55" monitor
We ordered a stand for a 55" monitor. When it had not arrived after two weeks I called sales. They sent an email to accounts and copied me in. After another two days I email back to ask what was happening. I received a reply. DHL had tried to deliver our stand but could not find us - DHL deliver to us twice a week, at least!
Another was sent and has now arrived. I have no problem with the product - customer service however is seriously lacking.
