BAIT AND SWITCH. They’ll call you until you pick up after booking telling you that if you read T&C they have the right to increase your price by $600 or more. If you do mess up and book through them DO NOT GIVE IN. Refuse and refuse and argue all you want. In the end refuse and they will cancel your “flight” and not charge you. They are scammers and deserve to be treated as such.

If I could give this place a negative number I would. This place is BAD NEWS !!! A RIP-OFF !!! I purchased a $560.08 ticket for a specific time frame... and that is exactly what I wanted... but that's not what I got. I ordered the ticket and they didn't send any ticket information right away... but charged me roght away. So... I thought to myself... maybe they were busy.... so I waited. A little while later they call me back and say that the flight for the time frame that I wanted was not able to be had at the price that I had paid and that for $400 more the flight that I wanted would be able to be had. I knew there were cheaper flights than $960 - $1000... so I told him "that's alright... since they were unable to get the flight I wanted... at the price they had quoted me... I don't want the tickets. He then he tells me that the tickets are non-refundable... but I could pay an extra amount and get the ticket times I originally wanted. RIGHT !!! THIS PLACE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED !!!

I just have the worst experience with this people today i had prushase two planes tickets to los cabos mexico with expidia and i canceled them because i found this other planes tickets cheaper with one dollar fly and am i gone to tell this people are a fraudulent scumbags,peices of shit that they didn't want to reimbursed my money so they end up charging me more money for the plane tickets so i can fly with airline. People don't buy shit from this online website you gone to end up like me paying more money for your plane tickets so people becarefull.

Very bad experience. They said if you want to buy the desired date and time, pay 400 more usd. Plus they made ticket to other destination via my destination. Airlines didn’t allow short check in of bag and I had to buy a new ticket of 400 usd again. So I ended paying 1000 usd against their initial shown price of 197. Ridiculous.

I BOOKED TWO TICKETS TODAY MORNING FROM PHILADELPHIA TO SAVANNAH FOR DTE 7 JUNE AND RETURN ON 14 TH JUNE 2026. FOR TOTAL $542.21 AND WAS DEBITED TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. NOW THE GAME BEGINS, IN TWO HOURS AGENT CALL FROM ONE DOLLER AND ASK TO CONFIRM CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AND ASK FOR OTHER FLIGHT AND OTHER DATES WITH ALL DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS, I EXPLAINS I AM TRAVELING WITH MY 95 YEA OLD MOM.
THEN THEY ASK ME EXTRA PAYMENT FOR CONFIRM TICKET, AND ASK FOR EXTRA MONEY WHICH IS MORE THAN CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FROM OTHER TRAVELING WEBSITES, WHEN I ASK FOR CANCELING TRANSACTION THEY OFFER ME ONE WAY TICKET TO SAVANA, I ASK WHAT ABOUT RETUNING TO PHILADELPHIA? THEY ASK ME TO BYE FROM TRAVELLING COMPAY. THEY NEGOTIATE WITH ME FOR MORE THAN 3 HOURS WITH MY THROAT IRRITATION, ENDING NO RESULT. I ASK MY CREDIT CRD COMPANY AND LODGE DISPUTED TRANSACTION.

WARNING: Stay away from 1 Dollar Fly. I paid $564.67 for airline tickets and never received my ticket or a refund. After taking my money, they claimed there were no seats available and demanded additional fees. Customer service was rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. This was an extremely frustrating experience. I lost money, received no ticket, and got no resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Never received right confirmation on my flight it was wrong confirmation number

They are a bait and switch agency. Never never use them!

The price listed is not the actual price. The price will increase when you get the call. They lock you in with non-refundable tickets so you have no choice but to purchase. If they do get you a ticket with in the same range you can’t bring a carry on nor check bags. The tickets are basically standby and the money you pay are deposits. Most importantly they claim all this is in the term and conditions on the page. I beg to differ and I won’t ever be back. SHOP SMART PEOPLE.

This website appears highly suspicious. After purchasing a flight ticket, I was contacted multiple times by different people demanding additional payments to confirm my booking. The amounts kept changing and I was pressured with threats that I might lose my ticket if I didn’t pay.

No legitimate airline works like this. I believe this is a scam or fraudulent booking system. I am currently disputing the charge with my bank. Do not trust or send additional money.

This company took my money, and after I made the payment, they informed me that the ticket was not available. I am currently requesting a refund, but they are resisting my efforts. I urge my fellow Americans not to do business with this company; they are scammers engaged in deceptive practices. I have reported them to the FTC, BBB, and the New York State Consumer Protection Bureau.

This site is a FRAUD!!! Run away. They trap you first with a low fare. You pay and think all is well. Then you get an email telling you that the transaction is not complete until you receive a phone call from them. Next day there is an email with an itinerary. They ask you to indicate if this is what you want. When you say yes they call you on the phone. now you find out that the fare has doubled! They blame the airline.
Because I could not find a cheaper airfare than the doubled price I relunctantly continued. Of course they are so sweet and patient and still offer you discounts in the process. One and a half hours on the phone. Then they start calling you. Different persons calling each time to say the fare has increased again and again. Over the period of several days this happens with each caller getting more aggressive. Of course by then I cancel and request a refund. I am told I cant get one because I am cancelling too late. BUT I DONT HAVE A TICKET OR A CONFIRMATION!
Anyway we argue for a a few more calls and I stop answering. One call actually came from my country's area code! How was that possible?
I have since contacted the bank, the airline ( who has confirmed that no such itineray exists in their schedules. They no longer answer my email about a refund.
Just a disaster. BTW, a woman calls and her only question is :'can you hear me?'Never say yes, they will use it as an answer for their own scheme.
It's a nightmare. Still have not received my money but they are under investigation!!!

I wish I could able to give zero star to this website. I bought 6 airline tickets online and they called back to tell me only 4 available for the price I booked online. Then why the hell first place you allow customer to buy tickets and then also telling us it’s not refundable so have to lose money or have to send 2 other passengers on different flight. Of course, I booked for 6 people as family to fly it together. Not willing to refund my flight itinerary even it’s only 5-6 hours since I just booked and as per FAA rules and regulations can able to make case against your company and get it shut down and get my money back. Never ever buy flight from this website even its saving you money but actually it’s a scam service and customer support are even worst. This site need to be down and shutdown forever.

I booked a discounted DFW–DAC fare shown on the website and paid the listed amount. An hour later I received a call saying the ticket was unavailable and they urged me to rebook for the following month with no checked baggage and no carry-on allowed on an intercontinental flight. I refused that date and objected to the baggage restriction, and I requested a refund, which they denied. I spoke with multiple representatives but could neither obtain a refund nor a valid ticket. I have filed a dispute with my Amex and hope they resolve it. I plan to report this company to the FTC. THEY ARE SCAMMERS located in India.

BEWARE!!....SCAM WEBSITE!!....they will post Flights at discount rates and call you back minutes after booking telling you it's no longer available and try selling you a new Flight at double the price!!...not to mention being on the phone for hours and multiple lengthy on hold periods in between!...DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!

HORRIFIC LIERS AND THEFTS! I BOUGHT ON LINE TICKETS LIKE A "GOOD DEAL",got confirmation, but NEXT DAY THEY REMOVED THIS DATA,FLIGHT,AND started to change absolutely days,price, even 2 different days ,and all if sudden STOLE FROM US WITHOUS PERMISSION 2000$ without returning money!!.
On dispute I lost because they said I provided credit card information by myself! So 💔 discusting, so scum,so crooked
