The company uses bait and switch…
The company uses bait and switch tactics. We spoke with a man claiming to be a manager who said I was stupid for not understanding his claim that there is no difference between the fare charged and the date of the booking. He claimed a line stating the fare may change if not booked 21 days in advance means it absolutely will change. He could not explain why BOTH his company and the airline websites still had my original date/time/price listed as available. He claimed the airline selected the date of our flight.
Fortunately, the airline honored the original fare and booking request.
Never use this company!
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ DO NOT BOOK ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
Warning ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I have just been through a screaming match with these fuzzy foreigners probably in a cubicle in India. I booked our flight home for a cruise with Cheap Flights . Com. One of the companies listed on there (there were some well known ones that I will show you in a screen shot because I trusted it) was One Dollar Fly. Since there were other well-known names, I trusted it even though I’ve never heard of One Dollar Fly. So I found a flight with Southwest for $111 per person so I bought it for my family for our flight home from Miami and I went through this one dollar fly. That was a partner on cheapflights.com. No less than an hour after I booked, these people with thick heavy accents were calling me that I did not understand. First they told me they worked for Southwest then they told me they worked for one dollar fly then they told me they worked for cheap flights.com. They told me that they no longer have the seats available for my flight. I asked them why did you let me check out and pay for it? They said oh I paid for the basic cabin and that now I owe $279 more for each ticket. After going back back-and-forth, I said you know what I’m gonna call my credit card and put a block. “Georgia” a fuzzy foreigner with One Dollar Fly told me if you call your credit card and dispute it, you are going to definitely lose because in the fine print it says you were paying for a basic fair only. These people are total scammers. My credit card told me that no charges have been put through yet but they put it in my notes if anything happens to deny them and I also put a lock on my card. Do not trust this company run as fast as you can. They were so completely combative and unprofessional, and those are my red flags. Never in my life have I booked a flight only for people to call me back and say the seats are not available. They have called me no less than 20 xs after this and I blocked all of them. They need to be reported.
I only stated one star b/c my… flight information was withheld after I purchased my tickets - and I was told that I would not be flying on the flights that I had paid for.
I only stated one star b/c my experience could not be documented if I did not put in a rating. I purchased an airline ticket through One Dollar Fly and was sent an email with no confirmation # for the airline. After the airline attendant said there was no information in their system about my purchase, she graciously did a search on One Dollar Fly and read me the summarizing copy about how unhappy customers were with the level of deceit about what one is actually purchasing. I then spoke to an agent from One Dollar Fly who told me he was from Georgia (former USSR republic), and he sent me information about the times of my flights with no dates on them. The flight information had the wrong times and that then spun into the agent telling me that that the flights had changed to over two weeks of the times I had booked them and that I was entitled to get the specifics 24 hours before the flight took off...I told the agent I'm not looking to be in a James Bond movie and that the service is corrupt.
Stole my money-no reservation at check-in
I am beyond furious with Spirit Airlines. I booked a flight from Myrtle Beach (MYR) to Fort Lauderdale (FLL) for $344.41. I had my booking reference, but when I arrived at the airport, the agent told me there was no reservation on file.
They took my money, confirmed the flight, but I had no seat. I was left stranded, had to pay for a last-minute flight on another airline, and now I have to fight to get my money back from their terrible customer service. Do not trust this airline—absolutely negligent.
Location: Myrtle Beach -> Fort Lauderdale
Amount: $344.41
Issue: No record of booking at counter
Run, don't walk from this company. SCAMMERS
Run, don't walk away from this site. I'll never use this site again. After booking our flight, they tried to charge us double and DID. Also caused us to have to drive 3 hrs to Atlanta to fly out. We were told we couldn't cancel but they hadn't even processed the payment, it came through as we were arguing with the agent on the phone. YA'LL ARE SHADY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. Notice how they aren't responding on any of the negative reviews because they KNOW they're garbage. They will allow you to book a flight and then call and say it's not available but you can't get a refund
BIG SCAM HUGE SCAM
I booked a flight from St. Louis to Dallas on 3-16-26. I received an email stating that if I didn’t receive another email confirming the flight to call. So I called and 3 hrs later I was told that couldn’t bring any bags carry on or checked and that my flight would leave on the 24th of march ( not needed). One person was able to get me another flight leaving on Saturday morning which I was ok with not really but ok fine. I assume my card was looking at the charge as fraud because it declined the rest of the payment. I asked to cancel everything and they told me no and that my card had a hold for the full amount and there were no refunds. While they were trying to run my card I saw that the flight changed I was basically to take a flight to NC that had a layover in Dallas and just get off. When I noticed the time change they then proceeded to charge my card an unauthorized extra $40 in total $300. In which the original price was $150 for the one way ticket. All in all I believe this is a scam and should be shut down. I was also told not to contact the airline because they wouldn’t help me. I will be calling in the morning!!! I’ve used other third parties and never had this issue. I will be reporting to whom ever I need too. A BIG ZERO STARS I ONLY GAVE ONE BECAUSE THAT WAS MANDATORY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Great service
Great service. Very helpful with questions and guaranteeing all information is accurate. Victoria is friendly and thorough.

These people are scammers they advertise for one price on a day that is not available with the airlines only to have that day not available and it be out a month and then you have to pay double . This company needs to be shut down or something, this is not right my uncle who is hearing impaired and disabled just got scammed by them.

This company is a complete scam
This company is a complete scam. I regret booking with them. After purchasing the ticket, they tried to charge me an extra $600 claiming there were issues with the ticket. I never received my e-ticket. Be very careful and avoid Onedollarfly.
Asher was very helpful

Bait and switch, refused refund for flights that when I chose no longer existed they wouldn't give money back. Scam, blood suckers using high pressure to complete deal
NEVER EVER USE THIS GROUP. HIGHWAY ROBBERY THAT I COULD HAVE HAD CHEAPER TICKETS ELSE WHERE WITH BETTER ACCOMMODATIONS.
DONT USE EVER
Overcharges
Horrible. This company overcharges you excessively. Please do not use. Book on the actual airline site.
This is a bait and switch scam
This is a bait and switch scam. Low price on the website- you get locked into a non refundable ticket with escalating fees. They say the seat is unavailable- then charge the same price you could find on the airline website. Pure garbage- super frustrating- customer service is obviously outsourced.
DO NOT USE
One Dollar Fly is a Bait and Switch Scam
I am adding additional information to a previous review that I had done on the scam, bait and switch organization known as One Dollar Fly.
During a call with a representative from their organization, they raised a $300 quoted flight to $550 and then (when they realized they could extract more money) they raised the cost of the flight to $770. My wife's bank was sending alerts to her phone that told her this money was being taken from our bank during the call with One Dollar Fly.
I immediately called the bank, I had them cut-off the card, and then initiated a fraud case with the bank. For those of you who don't know the US laws, the practice of "bait and switch" is illegal in the us. It's fraud.
Thankfully, the bank recovered our money from these deceptive fraudsters. Once again... DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ONE DOLLAR FLY. THEY ARE A SCAM ORGANIZATION.
This company is quite the scam
This company is quite the scam. They advertise flight fares that are so low and have a timer going saying that it's a flash sale for only the next few minutes. Then in small writing you see that the booking is not complete until they call you. They call and say the flight is overbooked and if you still want that same flight you must pay two or three times as much as the sale they advertised. There was never a sale, price is too good to be true, and they claim no refunds. NEVER deal with them! Such a scam!
This service is a complete scam I…
This service is a complete scam I bought a ticket for $600 and they would co fir
My flight. They them contacted me and said they wanted to get me a ticket for different dates. I said I need those dates to attend a funeral. They then said the flight I selected was a special lower fare amd they did nnot have anymore availability. They then said I can pay 900 more to get on the same flight. I said noway cancell my booking they said they could not as there was refund. Then they told me to go to Biffalo for a cheaper flight or a different air port for 400 and a different airline. I said yes initially then they tried to debit my card for a different amount within code, which did not make sense or explaing. I canceled all with them and asked for my money back which they said no.. poor custome relations ability. Do notntrust them !
It would be a zero
It would be a zero. I more upset that kayak website recommended them. It is typical bait and switch. They tried scare tactics. Told us our seats were no longer availabale and we had to pay another 809 to 1000 dollars to move to main cabin or switch our flights to seperste flight ( ie me and my husband flying seperatly). Called us 5 times times after I we said we were canceling the card we put on the webite. They said we would lose the money we had but they never charged us.so we called the bank and canceled the card. I dont understand how with all these complaints they can exist and that kayak would recommend them.
Bs DO NOT BUY!
Bs! I bought tickets for 345$ just for them to call me back and say the flight is being changed and made me pay 1000$ this is bs! Do not fall for it
