We were in the Northampton Oneals top of the draper after having a doo at the Guildhall for international women's da, so knowhere to stand so we all had to go in the booth about 12 of us with Cllrs aswell and some little girl who worked behind the bar said we all had to sit down or leave so u can imagine the faces of all of the Northamptonshire councillors hearing this we were gobsmacked customer service skills by her at all shocking employee

Visited the Southsea O'Neills for a pre-theatre meal.
Service was absolute rubbish!!
We waited 52 minutes for our food, no satisfactory explanation for the delay, staff were rude, dismissive and so unprofessional.
We will NEVER visit an O'Neills establishment again, we will find a Weatherspoons in the future.
If I could have given a "no stars" review I would have done so, when we FINALLY got our food one was burnt.
All in all, DISGUSTED!!

I was given the wrong drink by the bar person who
must have been hard of hearing, I asked for a port and lemonade with ice and a slice of lemon,
I had to stop the bar person while he was doing this
But he still gave me the wrong glass and did the drink wrong
I ordered food with extra mushrooms that did not arrive

Unreal experience in Reading! Catered my table of 9 for a bottomless very well!

I went into the O'Neill's in Leeds to have a meal. I was waiting at the table when I noticed a member of staff putting their hand to their rear end before going into the kitchen, and then giving me the cutlery. So I am expected to pay £12.50 for a meal that has been tampered with. I tried to get a refund, but didn't have the receipt, so it couldn't be done. So I'm just supposed to go hungry, and for what? Even if I got a refund, something like that shouldn't be happening at all.

Really underrated food, and it's not the usual daytime family-friendly pub. I often visit with my 13-year-old son to watch the footy and have some lunch. The menu is great, and the burgers are always fresh. We find the app useful for ordering, and our local Sutton branch always has smiling faces. We will keep going back (kids are welcome before 7 pm, which I think is fair enough!). Keep up the good work! 👏

Very poor experience at oneils merchant city Glasgow. Ordered 2 Philly Cheese Steak paninis, then waited 20 minutes only to be told no paninis left, would I accept sandwiches instead. As my wife was getting impatient we accepted, expecting a good bread. Instead we got bog standard toast filled with a few chunks of nondescript meat in an onion gravy. Very poor value for the cost, but ate it and left dissatisfied. Emailed O'Neill's to complain, but they just fobbed me off saying kitchen was busy and I should have complained at the time. I replied to them, but no response yet.I am a 69 year pensioner, have Parkinson's Disease and try to avoid confrontation, but O'Neill's have dealt with this poorly. Very disappointed.

My experience at O'Neill's Aberdeen on this occasion was Absolutely appalling.. nothing like my previous experiences at this establishment, where the staff were very hospitable.. the chef was excellent as the meals were first class and couldn't be faulted in anyway but the terrible experience on this visit where I ordered a scampi meal with chips and side salad as an extra, but that didn't materialize as no chips were provided, and had to request them where I was charged extra £2.50, the side salad Which I also paid extra £2.50 had stale brown cracks in the lettuce, 23 cold garden peas, a couple of sliced out of date saggy baby tomatoes.. no onions or anything like my previous experiences.. this time it was different shoddy inhospitable staff including what appears to be an inexperienced chef.
I complained to what appeared to be unfortunately one of the worst females I've ever met who was the acting manager on this occasion.. I complained to head office which were.. or I thought sympathetic regarding this terrible experience, but unfortunately to no avail, no refund offered as I ate the scampi only and left everything else including the requested chips as even they were pretty much unfit for Human consumption...... So Gimme my money back O'Neill's you thieves and please hire a chef that can cook for your own sake as I Will never visit another O'Neill's establishment anywhere now ever again and will certainly raise the issue with trading standards, health and safety.
PS. if I could rate no stars then they'd definitely get that

Went for a pre xmas night out at the Aerosmiths darts which is in the O'Neils pub. Had a great time apart from a mixup with food which the manager Noel sorted out without any fuss. There is a bit of confusion around what you can and cannot order if you are using the Aerosmith's darts so make sure you clarify. There is parking at the back which for Watford is a real bonus

Either Groupon, O'Neill's or someone else is trying to fool me

I purcharsed the promottion "Two Small Plates and Burgers for Two at O'Neill's ( Up to 46% Off )"
which means instead of spending £36.92 in Two Small Plates and Burgers for Two, I would spend £20.

So at 02/07 I went with my family to the Blackheath O'Neill's branch, tried to use the voucher, the waitress scanned my voucher and told me that the voucher only gives me the right to pay £20 for that meals and tried to charge me more £20. Hold on, so this way I would spend £20 in the branch + £20 in Groupon, which means I would spend £40 in a £36.92 meal ?

The waitress told me that yes, this is what this is, she told me that she works there long enough to not be mistaken and she didn't have all day to talk to me.

Well, obviusly I didn't order the meal. It turns out, as I can see now in Groupon, my voucher was redeem in the following day 03/07.

Someone please help me with that and clarify it all.

The york location is nice :) always great staff and amazing food with vegetarian and vegan options

The York O'Neill's is the best restaurant I have ever gone to. I love the food and the employees.

All oneills are a good night out, just be careful not to go if there is football or boxing on because they cut they music without warning and show the event on the big screen, I didnt mind but some people weren't happy! Reasonable prices and friendly staff at all branches ive been to.

Just visited the Maidenhead location - food took forever to come out and when asked where it was, staff were rude saying it will arrive when made. When order did arrive it was a missing an item, again staff were rude and didn't apologise and the the missing item never arrived. By this time I decided to leave. Will not be going back again.
