I did 3 days training with this shambles of a company . Then 1 on the road on my own . Second day I locked my key in the back of the van as it was mother's day and very busy . This happened at 12pm . A bloke called Radu (site manager) kept saying an hour an hour until he'd be there with the spare . 7pm I decided to leave and go home as they knew I have mental health issues. Now they're trying to charge 700 odd quid for recovery of van and uniform 168 quid and 130 something for damage to the van apparently. Now Iv not been paid what I'm owed and just being ignored. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company by all means

They advertise paid classroom training and paid , three week training on the road. This is the information they send you in an easy to read text.

I have done multi drop before and driving is a breeze . I Was sent to Bath to deliver in a massive van on really narrow streets . Thankfully my very careful driving meant I didn’t damage the van. The DPD app I constantly had issues with , reception, having to reset , do the same task three times. I was constantly delayed because of this. But asked to hurry up. I decided to quit and called my driver manager George . He said I needed to deliver my van load or I wouldn’t b paid. So I carried on for several more hours and used fuel more and stress. When the other drivers finished their routes , they took my parcels.. I then get told the next day I won’t b paid for Any of the classroom training or the days I drove. Or the parcels I delivered after I said I want to leave. Stupidly I filled my van up with £145 of fuel , the day before. I am told I won’t b compensated for the fuel I left in the van. It’s not their policy to check fuel. But I can prove how much fuel was in the van when collected a given back .

One motion says I hadn’t given them 20 days notice to leave their company so won’t b paid the. £570 I’m owed. The company is a CON. And so is its contract . It’ gets paid by DPD to deliver parcels but doesn’t pay the drivers that r actually doing the deliveries and spending the money in the fuel. Giving them shit tech to work with and a contract that allows them to rob you . The Karma they carry is dark. The whole set up is a stitch up and it’s like you r dealing with a gang of thieves . If you notice the five star reviews are left by the people who work for the company which goes to show it’s all a massive con job . They haven’t. Submitted their HMRC tax in 2 years either .

Please don’t waist your time on these guys. You will regret it.

I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews thinking 'it won't be like that with me' — I was incredibly wrong. Every negative review that you've read can and most likely will happen to you, and then some. I would not recommend joining this company AT ALL. If you wish to fulfil a job as a delivery driver, choose anywhere but here. You will get worked to the bone and get nothing from it. After a month of working for the company, I was sent an invoice for my first pay which totalled £75 and then for my first full week (which was the following week), my invoice totalled £170. At that point I decided to leave as I'm not a slave and ultimately I didn't get paid a single penny. Who does that to someone the week before Christmas?

Do yourself a favour and do not join this company.

One of the worst company to work they have robed me. They have decided not to pay my wages for the days I have worked. They have provided me with fuel card which I have filled the van with which has costed me £150 when I decided not to work for them anymore they have said we are not paying for the fuel you put in our van. So I have lost 150 out of my money o worked for they have refused to pay for. Absolutely shocking agency they don’t even have a single person who can speak English. Stay away

I have been with them for about 3 weeks and on my third week I got really sick with a viral infection and requested time off I only took 4/5 days off to recover as I was on heavy medication but my contract was terminated because they couldn’t cover the route and I’ve become a liability somehow I was the escape goat so they can keep their contract with parcelforce.

Since then it’s been over 3 weeks and I haven’t been paid a single penny . I was promised a fuel card which every driver should get but I wasn’t given one so I have been covering my own fuel costs which put me in debt and now still refuse to pay me. It’s impossible to get in contact with them they just ignore calls and when they answer they would refuse to put me in touch with anyone in power or management.
Till today my money isn’t paid I’ve returned their van over 2 weeks ago and they still haven’t offloaded the van in order to release my funds .

Very unprofessional company and racist if I may add as they give priority to their people and treat you as trash.

Im currently owed 4 weeks worth of invoices and have had no reply from one motion. Dropped the van back and was sent final invoices with no payment and reply through many emails and phone calls. Once you have left you will never receive the money you are owed.

owed me money for 9 months( they failed to turn up in court😂 i produced my evidence and i won yet it's still a ball ache getting my money; liam abdullah is the biggest fraudulent director going avoid this company

Don’t bother with this company they are robbing b#€#%ds. Especially if you hire a van. They are dangerously bad. Avoid at all costs. You have been warned.

I have been working for One Motion for over 7 years now. Management team is supportive and willing to help. Good wages and on time.
