Stay away from this company. The bikini fabric is faulty and the color leeches even when you wash them under cold water. I had purchased 2 bikinis (black and white and an all white one) from the website and they're all stained with black dye. It was a quick hygiene hand wash before my first wear but they are unfortunately ruined. Customer support wouldn't refund me and kept offering store credit instead and I am not interested in purchasing more faulty bikinis.

I recently purchased a bikini on final sale. I purchased based on their sizing chart on the website. The bottoms fit great but unfortunately the top fit so weirdly, weird bunching and spaces on the side. I sent a message to customer service telling them that I knew the item was final sale but the fit was so awful and I wanted to give them the feedback, to which they only replied after I left a comment on one of their instagram posts. After reaching out, they asked me for my order number. I told them what it was. They then reassured me that they would give me a credit or send me a different item for free, and then asked me to provide them with photos of what I was telling them was going on with the top. I sent the photos. They THEN responded that my items were on sale therefore they are final sale and that's it. Could they not have provided me with that information before asking me to send photos of myself in a bikini!?! Why did it take me writing on a post for them to respond? They deleted my comment RIGHT AWAY though. Why did they OFFER me a credit or new free item and then revoke it, when they had my order information up front?! The bikinis are not cheap for what they are offering, and to top it all off, I received a FedEx bill for customs, to add an additional $20 to it all. Overall, I am appalled at the customer service. I am not a review writer but I had to make an effort to get this out there! Do not trust these scammers!

The BEST fit and quality of any swimwear I have bought!

I've given this company so many chances but ultimately I will never buy one of their swimsuits again. They arrive smelling very toxic out of the bag. I've never experienced this with other swimwear brands. I'm a big fan of Montce and Somerfield, and have tried a number of others. Back to Oneone swim. Their bottoms fit well but the tops fit horribly. But it's very possible it's just not for me. WHAT IS REALLY BAD IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They finally sent me a return label after I had sent three emails. They received the return June 4th. They say it can take up to 30 days to process the return, and then another 30 be refunded, which is honestly absurd and speaks to their lack of organization and management. We are now 53 days since they received the package and I have not seen any of the money back in my account - over $300!!

I've purchased four swimsuits from One One Swim, and they never disappoint! The designs are incredibly flattering, and each piece is crafted to make you feel and look your best. Highly recommend for anyone looking for any style swimwear.

It’s hard for me to find bathing suits that fit in all the right places, but my favorite set is from OneOne! I’m constantly getting asked where I got it due to its unique-don’t see this everyday- appeal, and it’s for sure my favorite one to wear. OneOne is easy to communicate with and likes to take care of their customers.
